Dear all,
I have tried so much to find a way to replace the system fonts on ics.
But i have failed and i always got bootloop.
currently i am running MIUI on my xperia S.
I want to know if it is possible to change system fonts on ICS and if yes then how?
Use rom toolbox pro to change

and you suggest an App Fontomizer, which is just for Samsung Galaxy Series developed?
I tried the two biggest foot changers ob the market. Neither of them worked. What I did was flash it. I found the Jelly Bean fonts, which you can flash with CWM. However, Sony uses a custom font for some other things, so you have to replace the SoMABold.ttf and SoMARegular.ttf, also.

But I am running miui on my LT26i and I believe miui also uses its own font.
Does anyone know what font miui uses?

You need to root your device first.
After that check the theme section, there are handful of good themes there

You need a cm based rom to get the theme manager which lets you install apks of different themes.

he doesn't necessarily need a cm based Rom!

A launcher is just an overlay on current rom and is theming actually modifying the current rom? Is this correct?

You are partially correct themeing changes visual elements of the ROM by modifying the files responsible for those. e.g battery icon and so on.

But i dont want any rom.i just want themes in stock and no lanuchers.i want only black theme wich i use.and some fonts aur font changer.
Some more problum i have
1.navigon india is not work on my phone.
2.jbed.apk also not work so i am unable to use some jar files.

It seems you don't read instructions or you missed it,
-To install theme, you need ROOT access, you don't have to install any ROM
-If you have ROOT, go to theme section and look for the theme of your choice. Personally I'll reconnect ICS domination
-Navigon is not working for you, then update it in market, and if it is still not working, then look for alternatives in market. There are some alternatives out there.
-If jbed.apk is not working as well, just try the same trick as the one abovE.

S2 is not Nokia E50 mate that you go to zedge, download a theme and colors change..!

As in stock ROM I was using small apps mod by draco by flashing via cwm.
I tried the same in cm10 ROM it strucked in cyanogenmod logo and result in soft brick
So I had to reflash my cm10ROM again
I want to know that how can I use small apps mod in cm10?

You will have to port small apps for cm10... Because of different framework...
Ask Sandy7 for help...
He ported small apps on ParanoidAndroid JB which is based on CM10...
Or just try flashing the one for ParanoidAndroid,

The small apps intended for stock rom will never work on cm10 and you are deliberately trying to brick your mobile....just find small apps for cm10(if any are there) and use them....btw I think sandy made small apps for cm10 just search for it and use it...Best of Luck

you must use paranoid android rom or pac rom..
then you can have tablet ui without market/dpi problem..
Look out for a thread on Xperia Arc's theme n apps, it allows hybrid dpi display even on stock Rom

For tablet UI you'll need paranoid android or PACman ROM.
But as you mentioned "like slim ray". I'll assume you mean the Slim bean ROM. For that, just decrease the LCD density to 182 in build.prop and reboot.

AFAIK changing the dpi in build.prop without proper step will make problem in market..
i know can use pandroid or pac man rom.
i need to add tablet or phablet mod in stock rom.

what to do?
download this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1666384 i have the 4x5 on my phone.
then go to file manager copy the system apps to system app and the lib to the lib then u will see it's to big, then u make it smaller with paraniod.
paranoid --> apps --> touchwizUX launcher then make the size 202.

does it include ,dialer ,caller id from touchwiz to ,or just the same old touchwiz theme ?

I found a rom in the polish forum who is a port of stock galaxy S4.Pretty awesome but gapps don't work and fc no matter i did.In the same forum ,developers has port more roms with a basic cyanmod,slimbean,etc .The names of this roms is Avatar.Much more we can instal LG stock UI with yahoo wether widget.

you have to flash rom and because you are on stock rom you have to do it with PC in case you was on custom rom you can just reflash rom with recovery on your phone and you don't need PC and bootloop is gone.... but you have to search on XDA or Google how to do it because i don't have xperia and i don't know how it goes on your phone...or just search on google maybe someone have solution for bootloop on xperia.....sorry but i can't help you further

You welcome glad you made it...and remember MAKE BACKUP if something goes wrong you always can make restore (only not sure is it possible with stock rom google it)...this could be your lesson. ....cheers
