SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I RECENTLY FLASHED THE 2012-09-08 07:33:31 NIGHTLY AND THEN GOT BOOT LOOPED! I WAS ON CWM 6.0.1.1 AND NOW IM ON 6.0.1.3. I TRIED:
1. Factory Reset
2. Re Flashing CM10
BUT NOTHING
PLEASE HELP ME SOON!
THANK YOU
Reflash a other ROM/return to stock and the bootloop should be gone. The problem is probably in the ROM itself so thats why factory reset doesnt fix anything.

Hi my S3 is stuck in the boot, Im trying to install different Stock Rom version and those installed correctly with Odin but the phone continue without boot. I try CMW and I performed Full wipe but nothing works
Help please
What Rom did you flash? Did you boot recovery and try factory reset?
Yes, wipe in CWM will solve the problem. What wipe did you try?
Hello,
I was on CM10.1, I wanted to Flash Omega v23, so I have done all what INDIE said, I booted into recovery, Wipe DATA/Factory Reset, I flashed Omega but during instalation, it STOPED SUDDENLY and it said "Cannot acces to /recovery" or something like that, so I wanted to Reboot, it said Fix Root, I did it but now after rebooting, I have acces to recovery & download mode and I'm stuck into Bootsplash (Samsung Galaxy SII GT-I9100).
I tried to flash a Stock ROM via ODIN but it's stuck on cache.img
I also have a backup that I made when I was on a stock ROM.
My question is: If I restore my backup, will this solve my problem ? If not, how to solve it ?
PLEASE HELP ME !
Hi everyone,
I have read this thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1514088 ) but my situation doesnt match any of the brick states on the OP.
What I did:
1. I successfully unlocked the bootloader with no problems
2. I successfully flashed TWRP and achieved root using the method in the second post of this thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2034691 ). I had to use this method because I was already on stock 4.1 firmware
3. I then booted into recovery, did a factory reset, wiped cache and dalvik cache, flashed a cm 10.1 zip and then tried to reboot. When I tried to reboot I got stuck on the splash screen.
The Current Situation:
Whenever I try to start the device I get stuck on the splash screen. I am still able to boot into both TWRP recovery mode and fastboot mode though.
Solution?:
I would greatly appreciate any help you are able to give me. I am hoping that since I can get into recovery and fastboot mode that I am not hard bricked?
Thanks in advance,
Nick
I have a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 SGH-T989 and tried to install cyanogenmod 10.2, but I can't start it, it gets stuck in the cyanogenmod splash screen and doesn't get any further.
Here's what I did originally: I flashed clockworkmod (via Odin) and booted into recovery. I then installed the cyanogenmod zip file that I had copied onto the sdcard.
When it failed to boot, I tried several things: I flashed TWRP (via Odin) and then did a factory reset and system wipe, installed cyanogenmod (from TWRP) and did the factory reset again. Same problem, the system will get stuck in the boot loop. I also tried an earlier version of cyanogenmod, same problem.
I am quite sure that I downloaded all the right files for my device. I searched online and saw other people who had that problem, and solved it by wiping the cache/data after the install. This didn't work for me.
I don't know what else to try, so please reply if you have any ideas!
Thanks :fingers-crossed:
Not sure bout it but flash only the cm kernel via cwm then reboot to recovery again n factory reset then install the Rom all the best

Hi, I recently attempted to root my tablet and all went well until I rebooted it. Once I rebooted it, it got stuck on a bootloop. I have wiped cache/data and done a factory reset but still in bootloop. Is there anything I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Flash stock images again? You might only need to do the boot.img
How where you rooting?
Thanks for your reply, I will try this.
