It probably meant there's not enough free RAM anymore. Once you reboot your phone it should free up some RAM and there shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Are you using stock firmware?

reset to factory settings or flash again a new rom...
I tried many things removed apk and data folder, reinstalled and then FC,then I again uninstalled app through setting app and moved signed Phonesky.apk to /system/app/
I set permissions and rebooted.
Google play now shows most apps and no more FC.
Edit:I used stock firmware.

Are you quoting the totals or the available space?
Thanks for your response,
It's the free space, forget to note it, sorry!
Is there any issue?

I´m having the same problem as you. I have 1,1 Gb free in my internal memory, but still my xperia p won't allow me to install an 3,34 Mb apk.
Could you please tell me which application did you froze?
Edit: I'm trying to install it manually
The tablet wont install or download updates, keeps showing the ''loading'' animation and never ends.
It's been updated to 4.0.3r5a so its not rootable.....
Are the any work around or hotfixes that are possible to apply?
(tryed factory resettings, didnt work. Tryed different accounts, didn't work. Tryed installing from broswer...still no luck)
Is it just with one app or with many apps?
