Hello,
I have problems with my Galaxy S II and noway to get a solution. Can you help please?

Kernel: 2.6.35.7-i9100xxkh1-cl438706
Version number: gingerbread.xxkh1
I tried to re-install but no Wi-Fi.
3G going fine, as well as Bluetooth
When I type:
*#*#526#*#* test de WLAN return [OK]
When I type
*#*#232338#*#* to show adresse MAC Wi-Fi it returns that MAC ADDRESS Fil does not exist !!! Unable to get MAC ADDRESS.
In fact looking inside the state of services I can see MAC ADDRESS into Bluetooth when activated but no MAC Wi-Fi ADDRESS
I tried to reinstall the 2.3.4 but no way I cannot activate the Wi-Fi.
Can you help please?
Thanks fr your attention,

Bro...this is Galaxy Note II forum and not Galaxy SII. Posting it there would give you more results.
Also, have you tried flashing stock firmware using odin ?

Hello,
Sorry I look after Galaxy S II then ask about my trouble.
Yes I installed the original firmware more than 3 times through Odin but no-way.

Hi guys..
I've flashed 2.1 Villainrom onto my GSII, had left the radio+kernel as they were at the time.
WIFI worked perfectly at this time.
Flashed on the recommended kernel and radios tonight and it hangs at 'obtaining IP address' My router appears to issue it an IP but phone does not respond...
ROM: Villainrom 2.1
Baseband: XXKG1 (is this the issue??)
Kernel: XXKG2
Radio: XXKG2
Cheers guys!
Sorted it! cheers
could you please share the answer with us, I've got the same problem.
Hello,
I have a problem with a wifi network, this is configured with no dhcp and wep security, without mac filter
I configured my sgs ii with static ip and it connect to the wifi but the internet does not work
The same configuration with a sgs i work fine
I've tried with WXKF1, XXKG2, DarkyROM2 XXKG2 Odexed Base R3, XXKH3 and DarkyROM2 KH3 Base and none works
I've tried do ping to gateway when i am connected but the ping does not return
Help me please!! please!!
someone help me?
Are you close to the router? The S2 has the worst wifi range of any device I've ever used.
(I tried to ask this clarification on the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1069727, but being a newbee, I have to come here!)
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 obtained in India, in 2011.
Recently I rooted it, and flashed with Cm10. But due to some problem it ended soft-bricked.
I recovered it with heimdall (oneclick.jar), and restocked it using Odin3 v1.7, with firmware obtained from another thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1881981) on xda-developers. (I have not gone on to the overcome part, since I was doubtful about the phone/modem file to be flashed!)
Now the tab shows:
Firmware version: 2.3.3
Baseband version: Unknown
Kernel version: 2.6.35.7 [email protected] #2
Buildnumber: GINGERBREAD.XXJQ1
So my doubts are the following:
1. Which of the modem files/ firmware listed in this thread should I use to get the phone/3g connectivity, which I was using?
Should I use the JPZ or JP4 or some other modem? How to determine this clearly? (or can I use the reply "priyana - 4th May 2012, 01:21 AM" to Ganesh2606?) on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1069727
2. Will the tab be bricked if I flash a wrong modem file? If it is not bricked and if the first one is not correct, can I flash another modem?
3. The Serial number, IMEI, IMEI SV numbers, and WiFi, Bluetooth mac address are all currently blank/ 'unavailable'. Will it be OK once I install the correct modem?
