I'm thinking of selling my evo 3d. With otterbox defender and usb cable but different wall plug.
If I did, what's a reasonable price if I sold it here?

I remember a while back around the time the EVO 3D was released that there was an EVO 3D Car mount/car Kit. It held the phone and charged it at the same time. The kind that you put on the windshield. I cant seem to find it anywhere on the internet and Im positive it was made by HTC.
I think it was something like this

Actually this is the one i'm talking about. The Official EVO 3D Car Mount.

Best buy has them for $29.99
I had the official one for the EVO 4G one. Paid $10 on amazon.
I paid $20 for the official EVO 3D one at opentip.com. Very high quality and this one came with a dual USB car charger and a 10 foot USB cable with suction cup. Stay away from those universal ones, they suck.
I hated that charger. It's short and doesn't rotate well.
Via My HTC Evo 3D On The Now Network From Sprint.
If you say so. The cable is long enough for me
Runs great on my Evo 3d. Love the new search button for the app drawer.
Just picked up the one from Igrip that they sell on the sprint site, very rugged and well made(so far) It will accept smaller cases but nothing very large. Pretty happy with it. How ever you have to supply your own cables, but the mount does provide for descent cable management with the usb socket on the backside. and clips to attach your cord to.
::EDIT:: 2d camera lense is perfectly usable while it's mounted, however the 3d lense is covered up.
I've got a windshield that extends forward quite a bit and the mount on this thing is pretty long and actually lines up my evo within easy reach. Was using an exo-mount but this thing is much better.

Does anyone know if the HTC EVO 4G LTE (i just like typing all of that) is going to get the PowerMat?
I have it for my HTC EVO 4G, and was about to buy more mats but won't if the new EVO won't have it.
I am assuming they will NOT, because you can't get to the battery..
I was hoping the same thing, I am considering trying to modify my EVO back to fit on the LTEvo, but I won't know til I have a LTEvo in hand

email powermat.
personally I hate that thing and it worked like crap so I returned it. I want real wireless charging like the GS3 is supposed to have.
So because of the the UniBody design I looks like all the antennas are located under the top half removable cover.
Im thinking if i can mod the mother board like the OGEvo and run the cable out and place the coil on the bottom half and just protect it with a body skin like zagg or something.
Then i can use touchstone without it interfering with the NFC or any other of the antennas.
BTW if i could get this to work then i really wouldn't care about it showing thru skin. It would actually boost my Geek ego.
I have visited the future and I can confirm that no, there will be no PowerMat for the E4GL. Unless, of course, my actions change the course of events from this point forward. . . .
so wish another manufacturer would buy the Touchstone patents from HP. best thing ever!
I have a OtterBox commuter, and IM taking my touchstone from my of evo, and a Powermat case for the of evo and using the low profile micro USB plug from the power mat , and putting the touchstone under just the plastic of the OtterBox that way I don't really have to open up the evo LTE (wife really doesn't want me to kill the warranty) it was so nice to have the touchstone from the of evo, I think it would be better if HTC would just buy touchstone, or cone up with something similar, there is really no reason this is not a standard for phones, sorry this is one of my biggest complaints about smart phones, from a hardware stand there its no reason that phones don't have this, maybe a patent thing.

Did you have any luck with this? I would love to do something like this for my wife's phone.
It worked great, except the usb plug I used was kinda clunky,I'm exploring some new possibilities with some new info I have found out about the evo

I loved the car dock for my original Evo. I just assumed there would be one for the LTE - but after getting the phone and seeing the power port on the upper left side, I am thinking no dice on any dock for this phone. any official news/word? any rumors even?
HTC already had one for around$35. I believe you can get it at a sprint store. Theres a couple reviews out there check the accessories sub-forum.

that's NOT the HTC car dock!
that's an iGrip car dock branded for Sprint, I'm also waiting for the HTC car dock for the EVO... I had one for my EVO 4G and My EVO 3D.. now I want one for my EVO LTE.
Just my thoughts, the I grip is 100 times better and more secure.

are you sure? i have not seen an igrip one with built in port like that, they are just teh universal style with clamp arms.
Anyone have any luck with a 3rd party car app?
I installed one, but now nothing happens when I dock my phone.

I'm 10000% positive..
My girlfriend has one for her EVO 3d and it's almost identical..
the HTC car dock will look almost identical to the HTC car dock that they have for the One X.
I don't like the iGrip because it's not as versatile as the HTC car dock.. I had the HTC car dock for my "old" EVO 3d and it's WAAAAY better than the iGrip, only down side is that it will probably cost around $60.00

wouldn't the one from the one x fit our phones anyway?
Just for the record, this thing is fantastic:
http://www.goodandevo.net/2011/05/visormount-mounts-htc-evo-4g-on-car-visor.html
I haven't used it with the EVO LTE, yet, but I loved it with the 4G.
I know it's not a car dock, but I figure some people may not be familiar with it. This + USB charger and some creative wiring = slick, out-of-the-way install.
closing this thread for a few reasons....One its about an Accessory in the General Section....Two, its a Question.....and three there is already a thread discussing the car dock...

I wanted to ask if a HTC evo 3d battery would work on a HTC sensation?
I ordered a battery from Amazon and it says evo 3d on the battery but in the subject it says htc sensation to
They both are 3.7v too
Check it out http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0058FLPK6/ref=mp_s_a_10?pi=SL75&qid=1347829218&sr=8-10
Did the purchased battery fit? Thanx!1
What up!
This is an excellent, question. I am in a similar situation, can you update thread if you have received your purchase, and have had the time to verify for conclusion. Does it work? I thought I read somewhere, that it should work, ...but that the EVO battery inserts into the sensation battery compartment in a different orientation or something along those lines. If so I plan to purchase the following for $10 on EBay:
