[Q] Browser Problem after Rooting Lenovo A60 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello Guys, I just recently rooted my Lenovo a60 with Gingerbread 2.3.5 with the following Build:
A60_PH_ID_S111_20120308
it was almost fine then, but when i tried to open my browser, it gives me a notification like
"Sorry! The application Browser (process com.android.browser) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"
Then again, i went to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and found out that the browser somewhat downgraded from 2.3.5 to version 2.3.3.
Can anyone help me on this?

Use superoneclick to root Lenovo A60 (works perfectly). The chineese app is crashing the browser.
To fix that you need to take proper browser file from other (working) A60, replace that and set proper persmissions.

[Q] Automatic Unroot problem (Spice Mi-525)

I tried using Framaroot to root my Android 4.2.1 on Spice Mi-525.

Contacts apk problem

unfortunately I deleted the stock contacts apk. Please send me contacts.apk, contacts provider.apk and odex files.

Hello , I am new to this forum...if you are reading this please help.
I have a Symphony Xplorer T8i , suddenly I am unable to play games of download any apps from play store and also from the browser. I can't open my android downloads. My camera does not work and my file manager also does not work. There are no ringtones and when I go to Volume my Settings Stops Working.
I had the same problem before and I installed the stock rom using my pc and now I am having the same problem...I am not being able to install stock rom now because my pc is not detecting my device. What Should I do????? Please help. :crying::crying::crying:

[Q] Some questions about Kitkat

Hello guys,
I have a problem with my phone which is a thl T6 PRO running Kitkat 4.4.2 with root access:
First I want to push/add the Google keyboard' s apk to system/app to remplace the stock keyboard but after reboot the phone says that the Google keyboard force close, I need a specific apk file ?
Moreover I want to know that if i past "ro.config.low_ram.mod=true" in my build.prop I can make my phone "smoother" ?

How to extract .PKG file of Micromax 42 UHD Android TV

Hi All,
I have stock recovery (update n install) package file of Micromax 42" UHD TV (Android 4.2.2). Now to extract that file to see contents. Tried renaming to zip etc but did not work.
Also any idea about rooting this TV as it does not have PlayStore.
Please help !

Hi Pandey,
I have recently purchased this TV and am interested in rooting Android 4.2.2. I will have a look out for a cooked Micromax TV RAM if there is every made, If not will see if we upload the .pkg can it be rooted.

I have the same TV and i wasted 2 days to get the play store installed but google play services and google play services framework can not be installed. I have rooted it and then i tried with that but still i get an error " Problem with parsing the package" for this i think update is needed but i am not able to get that can you please let me know from where you got these updates? Or if you dont mind can you send me the update package to [email protected]. I will send the screenshot and app apk to root tv.
