Can i ask you, if i can move the status bar from tablets to ics rom on phone. If yes, so how?

If it's a ICS ROM then it would be as simple as a DPI change.

Notification bar color change ?

Can i change the color of the notification bar On a original Rom 4.0.4 ? I'd tried to look it up but can't find any answers.

SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk can be found in /system/app.

V20D is Android 4.1, not 4.2.
For that, you can theme your SystemUI.apk (located at /system/app as I remember...) with UOT Kitchen.
