Please, I am new to this forum (i bought Galaxy S2 yesterday) and I would root my device.
He has firmware IML74K.UHLPE, ICS 4.03.
You could indicate what method should I use?
I'm asking because it has several methods and know there are restrictions on firmware, and i have not found the method that I use in my firmware.
Thank you for listening.

I did not heard about restrictions according to firmwares.
You can follow this tutorial.

Telling someone running an ICS ROM to follow a tutorial which involves flashing a GB kernel is pretty high up there on the fail-o-meter.

I thanked him first, after I read what you posted, I did not see what he said. But it was grateful.
I've been on the topic you've indicated, I not found my CF there but i have asked to see if i have any support, with any compatible CF, soon I hope to have rooteado my device.
Again, thank you.
Sorry my english, google translator is very bad...
It says right on the page (and oinkylicious' quote) that the LPQ kernel is to be used for LPE...
ctomge:
Thanks ! Close topic.
As already stated above, use http://download.chainfire.eu/152/CF-Root/SGS2/CF-Root-SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-PROPER-v5.4-CWM5.zip?retrieve_file=1 and follow instructions from main thread

Hello
I really need help
I'm struggling to root my S7562
I follow every step of this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1952743
but I get unusual error...
Cant mount internal sd card in clockwork recovery
I've tried to mount it from "mounts and storage"
but still it says: cant mount /emmc or something like this
I see that there's almost nothing for this device (like: no custom roms, kernels and the other stuff)
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
I've flashed several firmwares from odin. Even the old stock roms but still no luck :|
I get same error everytime...
