How difficult is it, to port THESE Themes to Xperia P?
I already tried it on XP but it won't show the status bar after reboot.

Patience ... the mods will come.
I tried Widgetsoid but the GPS toggle is a PITA because it takes you into the settings page. Why don't google have an ICS widget for this stuff like they used to have with 2.x? Bah.

I like the toggles but I hate the battery icon!

Im running a Stock rom [GB] and Rooted with CWM 5.0 ....i have searched this forum but i couldnt find a notification bar theme with a quickpanel....also i tried some apps but didnt find any luck.....can you provide a link on the theme .....with a quickpanel...

I never liked transparent status bars, as they look weird in the browser. Try the semi transparent one in the link I gave you.
You can try searching in the themes and apps section:fingers-crossed:

Wanna make a suggestion.
Like in AOSP Roms, I would like the Toggles to NOT have labels (WiFi, Bluetooth Toggle Labels or Text. Dunno what its called exactly).
Anyone can mod Xperia T Style status bar using ICS or JB icons (battery,with percentage beside like original stock ics,wifi,and all.

What build is your systemUi.apk based from? I'm setting the build.prop on 240dpi and I got the phablet layout (two columns in setting and extra quick settings, also mutated notification bar - but lost lot of features from the stock xperia keyboard and broke the stock alarm&clock apps... damn). Will it behaves same way with your ui?
Transparent status bar would be nice
