hey guys and mods.....
i've a big problem....since i rooted and unlocked my bootloader ...every game i try to play like..GTA 3 ...Batman ...Nova 3....e.t.c .....i cant run it...i click on the game...wait few seconds...and a pop up notification tells me that the game has been closed. ?????? why???I was on stock firmware...since ICS i got this problem...i tried a lot of firmware with so many kernels...nothing worked....not wiping the system..factory reset...nothing.
Can anybody tell me whats the problem?
should i downgrade to Gingerbread???
BTW gingerbread was soooo smooth...no lags no problems....everything ran fine.
plz i need your help guys.

I have no problems with games you've mentioned. Have you purchased it via google play store?

Friends, I am having trouble with my xperia.. Before upgrading to 2.3 it was working fin there was no problem.. but when i upgarded to 2.3 it is restarting on a little heavy apps.. On HD video recording or while playing angrybirds... and some times while listening music it got hanged for 2, 3 seconds and then crashes... I downgraded to 2.1 and again it is working fine.. But i like 2.3.. Plz give me some solution... Plz.. I am waiting...

Hi, stock 2.3 is taking very much RAM and is very laggy. I would suggest You to install custom 2.3 ROM. I'm currently using this ROM for over 1 month and works great. HD video recording, games etc.
Wil you plz explain a little.. I dont know much.. I am new in android... what is this custom rom? is it a firmware? from where i can get it.. ?

Custom ROM is operating system for the phone. Custom ROM's mostly have more features and are faster. You have propably noticed that stock (original) 2.3 is very laggy. But to install other ROM You will have to first root Your X10, install xRecovery (or CWM) and exceptionally unlock bootloader (now most of the ROM's require this). You can read about those things in X10 android developement section. After You've done that things You are able to install new ROM's. If You would like to root and etc. and You would have any problems post me and I will help You
P.S. You can get ROM for example from here or if You don't like it search for other one

if you have still garanty on it ill say that varanty will be lost when rooted.
But you can unroot it

I suggest a Custom rom based on se 2.3.3 Gignerbread
I Use Wolfbreak xperia it has all you know now but it runs amazingly smooth top for gaming i Played the new dead space for android on it runs very smooth.

waqar_shah, all custom ROMs can be installed only with xRecovery or CWM utilities. Is possible to create backup archive for xRecovery, containing all things which you want

Search for root checker on market that will tell u if u rooted (sounds like u are though) now just use flashtool to install xrec in one press.

Ive got this weird problem on my wi-fi..and it started when im using stock roms..
it just scan>connect>then gets disabled quickly..
the problem just continue to occur when i turn on my6 wi-fi..
im using StockliteV6 now and i already tried flashing different kernels but no use..
I dont know if it is OS or hardware problem..
can someone give me some tips/fix for this? thanks in advance guys..

U r not alone dude...many r facing this problem(including me.. .though 2.3.5 firmware ressolved mine) ..try to reinstall the wifi drivers..in dialer type *#*#526#*#*...hope i helped...

Try to update ur firmware version ..stock 2.3.5 or 2.3.6 ..then flash these custom roms...btw this is a common problem witg samsung phones

i have updated my neo a week ago and after that i am facing a problem regarding to wi fi..network.
when i turn wi fi on it shows turning on wifi but never says wifi is actually on. and it doesn't even show any search result when i search for wifi network...i tried loads of times after creating my own hotspot but it never showed me results so here i am posting this issue if get a help from you guys pls help me
so what shall i do to overcome this issue ???

how did u update your hphone?? flashtool or pcc??
happened with me too.. Just repair the phone using the update centre...
or even before that boot into cwm (i assume u are having it) wipe caches.. and do a factory reset...
might help.. or Yu can try reconfguring your modem

If you have unlocked bootloader, then flash a new kernel compatible with stock ICS.
If you have locked bootloader, flash the latest .ftf file using flashtool.
I have updated through pc updater.....
And manil before I updated I had re locked bootloader....n

You should really read this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1881220. I can almost guarantee you that no one will be able to help you with so little information given from your side. What kind of error do you get. When does it happen? Does it happen every time or just occasionally? Etc...
Recently i update my Galaxy grand 2 to Build DDUBNJ2.
After that i am facing strange problem. My Games histories are not getting saved. i have temple run installed. everytime when i start game the game is getting started with Tutorials and last game is not saved.
Also i am not able to send or receive any images/videos on whatsapp.
Can anyone please help ?

um buddy everything is working fine in mine !
have u given a factory reset after the update ...if u havnt then u gotta do that first
Is reset necessary? I haven't face any problem in earlier firmware upgrades.

Yep actually..... I have read that after an update its good to start the system fresh.... I give a factory reset everytime I get an update
