Won't play when moved to system media...fixed permissions and whatnot and can listen to them from the zip file, but not when I move them. What did I do wrong?

I set up a ringtone, notification, alarm file on my sdcard and put them in there. They all work fine when I try to set them in settings.

How did you do that? Just make a folder and put all the stuff inside it?

Yes, on your sdcard create separate folders for Ringtones, notification, alarms and just copy the extracted sounds to those folders

Put them in the root /system/media/audio/ringtone and etc...... U have to change the permission to rw-r-r "i use beta2 explorer"

Hey guys anyone successful with installing new SNote App? I've removed the old files and copied all the new files (system/app) and changed the permissions to rw-r-r. Then i install each apk (SNoteT0,snoteT0provider, and ideavisualizer) reboot and get error message on boot SNote has stop working.

Im on a rom ICS BlackStar., but if you are on stock you can root it or find a program on PC or Mac where you can change the permissions.
