there are some programs that let you change the volume levels but if you dont know what you are doing you can ruin your speakers... search for nue audio

Do a search for a small file called "audiopara" (or something similar to that).. That should help for louder volume for many other things too.

i just got mine from sprint. im not a fan of the speaker volume. just doesn't ring as loud. i know with my tilt i found a way per this website to make it higher. not sure how to do it on my touch pro. can someone help?

The fix should work on CDMA as well.
FYI be carefull what you install from this forum as its the GSM forum. Your phone is CDMA. It has a specific forum.

I really would like to know as well.
Does anyone know if music sounds good through the headset jack and loudspeaker? I use my phone as a MP3 player.
I'm surprised, after enjoying Voodoo sound for a year on my Vibrant, that there isn't more interest in this.
It's going to be awfully hard to give up for either SGS2 or Amaze--want to make sure I know which one has the best music experience. Not sure I'll be able to assess that in the store.
My speaker (ear) has this horrible static sound when anyone talks to me. That is, it sounds fine unless the person says something or creates a noise on the other end. It just started 2 days ago. Doesn't appear to be anything (debris) in there.
How do I fix this or if needed replace the speaker?

Well common sense dictates that you try another rom/kernel and find out.
Hello. I have verizon htc droid dna. It's completely stock.
External speaker doesn't work. I can't hear ringing sound, also speakerphone doesn't work.
Also, When I plug earphones, there is very, very low sound, I can't hear well.
Please, help me resolving this issue.

Concerning no root or soff has happened I'd just take it to verizon..
EDIT: and they should give u a replacement.

I don't live to the USA. Here isn't Verizon.. I;m interested if someone had this problem..

Have you tried a factory reset.
Maybe an app is causing the issue. You'll never no. If worse happens the speakers went bad.

Yes I tried factory reset but nothing changed..
Are external speaker and headphone jack somehow connected? Because, headphone doesn't work as well.. The sound is very very low on headphones..

It's verizon, but I'm using it abroad with other service..
