Problem persist with codename9 ROM
I guess no one is able to set the contact picture..
I guess u both restoring contact from sdcard (.vcf file)
Try sync with google account.

hi m using CM11 nightly for S2, i really miss one feature that is to share contact with somebody by sms... there is no such option in CM plz anybody can help me to do that.. becuase when i click on share its says via email or whatsup but how to send full contact by sms? plz help me thank u ...

And I tried my hotmail and gmail accounts , restoring the keys but not .. No longer left to do , I do not think I can unlock it with the key ID and .. I was wondering if there is any way to unlock , flashing a ROM stock SamMobile It is solved ?? Please if anyone knows I pass or that you contact ..

Maybe you should see if wifi or LTE is on or verify you type the right email because it should work.
