AFAIK the function is not in built with the rom, hence u can try some third party apps from play stores and see

I just bought my wonderful XDA...but I really need that feature which I can easly find in most common phones.
How can I make it stop ringing without sendind the busy tone(and refusing the call)?
Is there an application which realize this feature?

You could set the ring tone to some silence...
I'm sorry but...if I set the ringtone to silent it will never ring...I often need to stop ringing when I see the caller...obviously without refusing his call.

You can silent the ringing my sliding the volume button up or down.
ehm,...does it work also in the first XDA(which has a solid,not sliding button)? I will be able to try it with my hands only tomorrow,when the PDA-phone will be my birthday present. :wink:
I ask you this because the feature is not mentioned in the User Manual I have just read.

Take a look at My Phone Profiles its about the closest software to do that, that I know of.

For XDA I:
Just push the volume button once or twice, and the sound of ringing will be off.
Don't forget to push the same button again afterwards, otherwise it will remain silent.
For XDA II:
Slide the volume button down once

Can any one reccomend a Call recording solution?
Ihave tried PVR which was not goos ad yougave to have the phone on Speakerphone. Which I cant do when in public.
Any help would be apprieciated.

Im looking for a application that lets me answer calls by voice by saying a prerecorder word of my choosing. While at first appears like a gimmick, its nice for when you are in the shower, a call comes in and you dont want to hit the screen with wet hands. Say the word and the phone picks up the call and (optionally) turns on the loadspeaker.

I saw some of these apps which you can tell your phone to send a message and the specific person you want to send to. I thought they can also receive the call and call others by voice.
Anyone have information on what Im searching for?

I'm having trouble using this feature when I run or I walk down the street
I would like to disable it
Is there a way to mod the call screen to disable the function "reject call with message"
I tried applications like Ultimate Caller ID or Big Caller ID but I am not satisfied with the result...
I want to keep the ICS screen ans just remove the function...
Is it possible

This setting pisses me off to no end... Pulling my Note 2 out of my pockets always makes me dismiss the call wit ha text... Very very very annoying!!

I don't like one thing. When I talking and getting second call (call waiting), if I take off phone from my ear, to see who is calling, and then put back to ear again, to complete first call, the program automatic switch to second call (first goes to "suspend call). Maybe is possibility to do, when call is activated and you get second call, program do not answer automatic.
