There was a 4.2 camera app APK set floating around the apps section I think.
Check it out, the 4.2 Camera is awesome

You should really look for Garner's thread which hands over the 4.2 Camera. It's flashable.

Hi everyone!
I've a small problem... I updated my sgs2 yesterday, but thought the camera was to "unICS" so I decided to take my camera.apk from an ICS rom and insert it in system/app.
The apk did work but the camera was totally messed up so I took the original camera.apk cut it, to paste it and cut the new to insert the old BUT, here comes the big mistake, I did put the new wierd one on the same location as the old, stupid as I was, so the old one merged with the new and was deleted...
So my question is: Are there any kind souls out there that can take their camera.apk from their official Samsung ICS sgs2 and put it here?

There is an app on market called ICS camera + who has that as an option ;-)

Can we use Volume Button as camera trigger in ICS like we did in GB.

Thank you. I would like this because it takes the tablet ui to a whole nother level. Phone turns into a computer on-the-go. The way it looks is just amazing. And thats why I would like it. But the reason I asked if it was able to be ported it because our screens are small and I don't know what it would be like if it is even able to be used.
Just really wanted feedback on what others thought about the idea, and if it is well liked maybe see if we could get some devs onto it.

Porting ROM to a completely different phone is A LOT of work...if it is actually possible.

Quick guess: copy the files from MiniCMS rom /dev/mini/ to this rom, again, QUICK GUESS
rom paranoid android already exist for LWW. and i recently complete porting it from LWW to the XMP. and I share it in facebook group xperia mini and xperia mini pro indonesian.

these were actually made for atrix phone which my friend uses and I just posted them I will have a look at it and I will add new ones and i will also make it fit exactly to vibrant ......just waiting to get some time .....anyway thanks for replying

Why effects like srs wow or virtualizer from equalizer apk don't work on minicm10 ?
I've installed bpaul's srs mod (it's for ics) and everything works, except wow effect, so I downloaded equalizer from play store and again reverb and virtualizer aren't working.
Could someone tell me why?

I recently flashed Beans modified stock Rom which is great . I do however, wish the stock keyboard is still on there. I really liked how you could hold a particular key to bring up the symbol in the background. I was wondering if anyone can pull the apk and post on here for me?
