You can get jb lockscreen with holo locker which is loads better

I found something but I'm no moder
You'd have to decompile both frameworks, do a bit of a switcheroo on the drawables and recompile it with apktool.

What you have given me a link for is a modded touchwiz launcher which only works on original touchwiz launcher on galaxy s3 and it is used to have more icons on the homescreen.

Both still having serious issues an no one wants to help fixing them so its useless
