On the Xperia S specifically? I haven't seen anything about it for the S.
I'm using it and I feel an improvement in smoothness and speed.
Response time is better aswell.

Tweaks and scripts wont help you with battery draiN, but I'm using adrenaline engine. Level down cpu frequency, turn off 3g internet
okay thanks!

There is a way to increase speed and smoothness quality to Motoblur? Because i liked TouchWiz Launcher fastest and smooth, but it cant set Motoblur and another Widgets.
Thanks.
I highly recommend V6 Supercharger by ZepplinRox. You can find all of the particulars here, but I have noticed a good bit of improvement in launcher performance and smoothness. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991276

Are you on ICS or Gingerbread? On Gingerbread I recommend setting a high LMK via the supercharger (but not too high) . You can also make a CPU profile that you turn on when gaming. Performance governor and a high cpu clock can do wonders. Also install Chainfire3D and play with the options. That's the biggest boost.
I m on gb bt how do i change to high lmk value?
N wot xctly shd i put in lmk?

Hey guys, I made this thread so everyone can share there best tweaks to make CM9 very fast and power efficiency.
So my one is v6 supercharger.
How about yours?
I don't really think this thread is worth much but here goes.
I don't actually use cm9 because it's to lagy....
Otherwise:
System:
-CPU: 480-806MHz
-GOVERNOR: SMARTAZZv2
-GPU: Chainfire 3d with Nividia plugin
-Scripts: Adrenaline engine
Apps:
-launcher: Nova/Apex
-Lockscreen: Holo locker
-Browser: Opera mini
-Theme: Jelly Bean UI
-File Explorer:Solid
And.............. that's all I have time for
or better, share your tweaks and your battery life! because this is the main problem of cm9

And put links to your tweaks!

Hey, mind sharing links for your system tweaks (gpu and adrenaline script)? Would be really helpful.
I'm flashing Maclaw's beta9 right now. Will share a few tweaks I've found later, after I test them.
Any audio improvement suggestions?
The audio cracks at highest volume.
Tried srs.didn't help much

Hello! I have discovered a way to improve gaming performance, as well as overall phone performance. These tips/tweaks have been tested by me several times on ALL Cyanogen Mod roms, and the results were positive :good:
Follow the following instructions!
Go to SETTINGS and scroll down to open up PERFORMANCE ( on CM10.1, CM10.2 and CM11 you will need to click on BUILD NUMBER several times until a notification appears saying 'you are now a developer' for the PERFORMANCE and DEVELOPER OPTIONS to appear)
Change the 'governer' to SMARTASSv2
Then change the e/s to 'sio' (it is recommended for dual-cored devices)
Now go all the way back to DEVELOPER OPTIONS, scroll down and change ALL the WINDOW TRANSMISSION (or something like that ) to .5 or 0 if you like
After that select FORCE 2D GPU RENDERING
If auto-brightness is selected disable it as it consumes alot of power and keeps the cpu working high
Once all these steps are completed reboot your phone
NOW TEST ANY GAME AND YOU'LL REALISE THE IMPROVEMENT IN PERFORMANCE !!!
You know that switching to ART improves CPU performance 2x
