I have a Neo v. I would Like to know. How can I minimise apps without android killing them. Everytime I press the home screen the app will quit.
How can I fix this?

Do you have root?
And which Rom are you on?
Just root your neo and use v6 supercharger

this is the problem with Gingerbread only.
got fixed in 4.0 + ..
manage ur ram properly.

Why root n why supercharger mate just update to 4. Nothing else never used supercharge never needed it honest just more crap in phone

How to make this app work? It force closes everytime i open it...it works 2 minutes after i install it...then it doesnt work anymore...anyone with the same problem? Or just me?

Correction his using GDXv25 not ICS rom
Try the previous version it should work.
Or uninstall it then clear cache and data (not in recovery) only the app from Setting >> Application >> Manage Apps the reinstall again and report back
Poweramp, playerpro, doubletwist... All they don't FC but just return to the place I launched them. Crazy issue... I'm on CM9 XPERIA PLAY. SD card'a not the issue. Any ideas?

i see that Apollo sucks, i use DoubleTwist on my XPERIA ARC S and it works fine on CM10 ROM... Try making PowerAMP as a system app, of course make a backup before this move...
Not working... Seems to be an exclusive cm9 issue...

I recommend you upgrade to cm10....it's nicer than cm9 and you may get your problem fixed... anyways if you didnt like u can revert back to cm9

reset to factory settings or flash again a new rom...
I tried many things removed apk and data folder,reinstalled and then FC,then I again uninstalled app through setting app and moved signed Phonesky.apk to /system/app/
I set permissions and rebooted.
Google play now shows most apps and no more FC.
Edit:I used stock firmware.

Temple Run 2 works fine in Xperia sola but there's a problem and it seems to be the floating touch is automatically enabled in Temple Run 2. How to disable it? Thank you

This US really bad news
I am experiencing the same problem.
It's quite frustrating. I didn't knew the main feature that i was buying my mobile for would instead become a headache.
Anyways, i had left negative feedback and comment of the problem on Temple Run's Play Store page. Would encouraged you all to do so as well.
Anybody has any idea whether, the Imangi Studio guys will even care about this thing?

Original Temple Run does not work correctly either... Just like several other games (Muffin Knight, Shadowgun, Tripple Town from those I have tested...). And NO, there is really NO way to turn Floating Touch (or Glove Mode) off completely - even on unlocked bootloader and AOSP ROM's (like Cyanogenmod) - seems like it is a HW problem. Are we glad to have dual core processor?
If We want to Run Temple Run and Temple Run 2 on our Sola then

I just flashed CM9, display settings does not have the floating touch... I was happy about it until I play temple run 2... uses too much of floating touch..... grrrrrrrrrr

Floating touch is a hardware related function. You can never completely remove it from your Sola. Flashing CM9 or any other ROM will not help. Only difference would be that you'd lose control over it. Imangi Studios will have to find a solution for this. Until then, play something else.
Finally
An update was realised for Temple Run 2 yesterday, it works perfectly on my Sola now!
Same here!!! No more floating touch on the new update!!!! Works so smoothly!! Every sola users should update it!!

Floating touch is implemented in kernel! Glove mod is only part of settings.apk that use floating touch from kernel. Any app can use floating touch if you have supported kernel. You must edit kernel but you will not can use glove mod

Xperia stock FW users can't disable auto-running apps coz apps like auto-starts doesn't show any receivers! So a lot of apps are uselessly running ; feeding on memory and battery, thus degrading performance and battery life!
Is there any working alternative to autostarts? If not, can anyone develop such app?

Yea i do freeze some unwanted apps. What i want to do is change the receivers of the apps i need! Prevent them to start randomly!

U mean u want to have ur apps available whenever needed but without having them autostarting? U can try limiting the background processes in developer settings i guess

Problem solved actually! Use greenify! Better than autostarts! It hibernates apps and wont let it open until you open it! Try it!
