let me tell you man ive had this phone for just over 30 days now and i have no had a single lock up, force close, or power cycle (except for the aosp roms in thew early stages )
Yeah same here. The phone has been rock solid since day one (got it back 6/20 or so). I've rooted and have wallet installed. Everything works, no issues, no lockups, no pain. I love this phone.
So should I root it then

I would try running Odin, if you notice lock ups after that its probably a bad phone. Also don't restore apps redownload don't be lazy lol JK but if you run Odin and its freezing still some things wrong w the phone
I'm rooted and have also experienced freeze ups and lag. There has also been times when the phone gets really sluggish... And I have to go in and clear out some of the ram and then it works fine again.
In regards to lag, I can be typing a text message, press the home button to go back to the home screen and when i do... The keyboard is still up even though im on the home screen. After about so many seconds, the keyboard disappears.

I recived few days ago an used s3 and I am inlove again but I have a small issue that I dont understand. I have searched and asked but no help. I am asking you to help me if you know how:
The problem is on my screen, on top corners I have small pink colored corners. Does anybody knows why? And what is it?
I have asked the ex owner and he told me that the phone never dropped down or had some contact with a wather.

I think it`s spoilage.
I contacted HTC and they told me they could repair my DNA's screen for $220 and I was wondering if it would matter if I was rooted or not. I don't think they would care or even turn on the phone but I just want to be sure

If you are paying them, I'm sure they couldn't care less what you have done to it. Warranty replacements are a different story though.

I called cuz I have one with a broken screen and they said almost 300 or so but if I bought the parts he would do it for 65 once but the next time it's going be 110 to do it but the LCD is like 125 and the screen it's like 25 I guess you have to buy them both to fix it so out was gonna be like 210 or so
