Hack
Hi
I have tried the GVM app but it's only for international GS3,I have GSM version.
I flashed the louder volume hack but that changes everything to it's highest levels & i don't want to damage internal speakers.
thx

Sorry i'm a noob, I tried multiple settings and none worked. I had a look at the louder volume hack config file but i got a
bit confused at what to edit. I tried other apps like volume+ but they just make the phone sound bad!
I will have to keep on looking, Thanks for the help though....

To my best knowledge not yet. I myself have had this question open for over a year now and have never gotten a straight forward clear answer.

Don't understand what's wrong here.. The tab has GSM radios, can receive SMS... AND i can make calls via Skype and viber.. So I wonder why devs doesn't just mod the phone.apk to work with this?
Nexus Cm9 + Franco
I agree
I agree 100% and what I really don't get is the 7.7 HAS circuit switched functionality and it is basically the same hardware / modem as the 10.1
Let's hope for a solution on this.. Maybe with the official ICS release something will come up.. And maybe the cm9 team can make us happy with this feature

I have the newish Samsung Galaxy S2X but people say that they can hear their own voice during calls, is this normal or has anyone else had this issue also is there something I can adjust in Settings to fix this cuz I am new to Samsung?
Thanks
Echo effect was often connected to noise reduction function. Try to disable it if your ROM supports it at all. Btw - which ROM you have?

Just close the ad.
Also, I just noticed you said you have a Galaxy S2 X. That is actually the SGH-T989D.
FYI, you're currently in the forum for the GT-i9100, which is the international version of the Galaxy S2. Two different phones. You should probably be in the T989 forums.
I'm on the latest Dirty Unicorn. The volumes themselves are decent but the in-call volume is very low and headset volume isn't the greatest, but is far more bearable. Can anybody help?

Does anyone know of a volume booster that works for this device? I've tried a couple but haven't had much luck finding a good one.
Thanks
