not possible to have two roms on x10.
fast and stable ics rom: fxp137-cm9.1: http://code.google.com/p/freexperia/wiki/CyanogenMod9
must apply z's fix to get camera working.
fast and stable gb rom: fxp130-cm7.2: http://code.google.com/p/freexperia/wiki/CyanogenMod7
First dual-boot is not possible
And a stable and fast rom are X10S v9, Achotjans stock v2, and FeraLab NG, Donut any stock based rom around here is stable you should try some yourself..

smartassv2 is a governor, it manages how the cpu acts if processor is used.... if its too slow, it increases, if its too high it decreases the cpu frequency.

my question is how to change it to cynogen ?
i try so many time to put the file at SD card and try to install it via recovery mode but all of the file doesn't appear the cynogen file. its strange, can somebody help me please thank you very much.
Well, you have to flash kernel thru Flashtool, like MM's CM 7.2 kernel and then go to xrecovery and flash his CM 7.2 zip file and there you go.

Can someone make a better feature list of LiGux?
I knew it had a great look on GB, but now from the SS I see the look is almost completly AOSP
after 1 night and day of use i loved it! at night it didnt loose 1% battery, all day with 3g and some wifi, 30min gaming and a little more apps and beckmarks and just loose 35%
Its really smooth and fast, also using seeder 2.00 and removed some apps.

My Xperia U Too Slow I Have Tried Many Methods Posted In General Discussion I Also Rooted My U(w/o unlocking bootloader). Even Games Like Temple Oz Lagging In It. Bt When I AM Using It On GB I Can Play Maxpayne And Other Games w/o Any Lag.Please Suggest Me Some Good Method To Make It Fast I Am New Here And Hoping For A Some Good Answers.Any Type Of Help Will Be Appreciated.
best is to upgrade to a newer firmware of ics... the build u r using is the oldest/first ics build... so i suggest u should upgrade..(use flashtool and a proper ftf file)
Actually 120 mb free ram is more than sufficient u can't change it because system also need ram to work however you can download clean master this app is really helpful to manage your system or uninstall unwanted apps
Here is my free ram

Yea. Either root and cwm your current ics then flash GB-Rocks rom. Or use flashtool and flash the standard gb ftf.

My Phone Is Rooted And I Dont Know Anything ANout Flasing Is It Safe? And ALso How Much Free RAM Will Be There IN GB ?
Choice for you!!
First of all Welcome to XDA Bro!!
Now for ur problem. There are 2 solutions which I can mention.
1) Flash a Better Stock ROM.
Choose this method if you have a Locked Bootloader and don't want to Unlock it or If you can't Unlock your Bootloader.
I would suggest you to Flash a Stock based ROM - Venezuela Xperia U MOD
Remember though that for this ROM you first need to flash Stock B.1.100 ROM (B.1.10 and B.1.100, both are different).
Instructions are already there within the respective Thread.
Click to collapse
2) Flash a Custom ROM
Choose this method If you have already unlocked your bootloader or wish to unlock it.
This is my preferred option as a Custom CM/AOKP/AOSP ROM is much much better compared to Stock/based ROMs as it is void of any kind of Bloatware and provides better performance/responsiveness.
For this option I would recommend you to Flash SlimCM ROM which is a CM based one.
Though keep in mind that by flashing a Custom ROM you will lose Bravia Engine/xLOUD/Illumination Bar* like facilities.
Illumination Bar will only work for Notifications, it will not glow when you will touch the capacitive buttons. It will not give you the chameleon like effect when you open Music app or Gallery app.

Choice is yours.
PS: I also read that you are new to flashing. For flashing, first of all you'll need "Flashtool" which is a software. Just Google it. Then search for some guides to using Flashtool on XDA.

So How Much Amnt Of Free RAM U Have In Ur Phone?
Hello Guys,
After lots of trying & failing, I finally succeeded to get the illumination bar working in Stock JB. It now works like ICS and you can use it on all Stock JB ROM without flashing ICS first.
Note 1: I saw that Little Zed had a thread about this but since my method is a bit different than his, I decided to create a new thread. Hope no one's angry
Note 2: After flashing the zip----
SP light effects will be gone.
Illumination Receiver will be gone.
Install Illumination Bar Notification. It will work like ICS.
Initial Boot Led will work
This should solve the "Screen Always On" problem.
Walkman & Album will change color according to selection.
Note 3: If you ever wipe data, you'll need to flash this again.
Instructions
1) Flash via recovery
2) After booting led will be white. Just change theme and led color will work.
ChangeLog
V1:
- fixed bash script
V2:
- fixed end message :silly:
- fixed progressbar glitch.
- added a little sleep time during flashing
- no need to flash if you're using V1
F.A.Q
- if after flashing led doesn't work, then see this post HERE
~~Credits~~
@Little Zed for trying first to get it working

It'll work. After flashing, open terminal emulator and type this
Code:

After reboot, it should work. Just a temporary walk around. I'll fix it. Please try and report back

NONE, including first boot.
Even working with Illumination Bar Notifier by @rundgong!
HOW DID YOU DO THIS? No, no, don't tell either me or everyone, I just loved your magic…
I'm using an improved-by-me mixture of @DevSwift1's V3 based in 6.2.A.0.400 and others based in 6.2.A.1.100 (from them I mostly included newer apps, so it's mainly 6.2.A.0.400 yet but so stable as newer one). I won't change this primary ROM even if KitKat is released as stable as Jelly Bean for Xperia™ U.
I'd install KK as secondary ROM only.
By the way, cleverly written line:
Code:
delete("/system/app/SemcIlluminationSetting.apk");
You've thought of everyone who might has installed that mod of Xperia™ SP light effects! You don't deserve that name…
EDIT: Oh, you were telling us about it in OP's note 2… I was as enthusiastic as you that I didn't read it before… LOL!
Ok, I'm piping down now. I just didn't know how to thank you, ouch… O[]ò"

8. Wait.
9. Reboot
...
Profit :victory:

hands off vishal the efforts ur doing for ur roms and neo forum .. . carbon customized rom i hope next update rocks, some apps fc's like temple run for me
The reason behind fc and random reboots is the amount of free ram.. It is ported from htc desire forum and it has a usable memory of 591mb so you can imagine..I need to make it better so that it eats less ram on our devices.. I'll work over it.. And make things a little more stable in coming updates..
Thanks for the support guys..
