I think you have to use Flashtool and in the Advanced menu, go to Decrypt files.
Or at least something similar is what you ought to do with the ones downloaded from PCCompanioin

He won't be able to do that. That option is only for files from pc companion, seus.

I think the closest generic rom would be the CE or RU, i just forgot where is the link
I have xperia billabong edition.but i can't upload the ftf file.i can give you my build.prop in case you want to try it with SEUS
This running on .62 fw and customized for indonesia market.the fw was NOT SIMLOCKED.

Step :
1.enter cwm - format system
2.flash ftf
3.update with SEUS

System.sin is part of the FTF file that includes the system folder of the firmware.
Also, this doesn't remove root.

you can always choose philippines when doing setup

UPDATE I opened kernel.sin and than kernel.elf now I have kernel.elf.ramdisk. GZ and kernel.elf1, how to get boot. Img?

Use this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1527159 the link for ftf file is on the second post. You can repair your phone via sus or PC companion to have stock ICS ROM and stock kernel.

Seems like you want the kernel of official JB ?
Get the jellybean ftf, and check exclude for everything else except kernel, in order to flash.
If you want the kernel file alone, extract it using flashtools.

Open ftf file wid winrar
Extract kernel.sin
Use flashtool to dump data of kernel.sin to get a elf file to play wid
