Some S3 has a screen problem with Super Amoled display. There are some pixels are darker than other while it is on a black or dark background.

I don't know how, what I need is to adjust the colors separately, like what you can do with the Computer monitor.

The screen mode doesn't do what I want. I've tried everything on the phone already, I think there must be an app for that most probably.
When I compare my phone with the old SGS2, the SGS2 screen is kinda more blue-ish than SGS3 and I would like to have those colors on the new phone either.

Hope project for this phone kick on soon. I don't know if it have release in other countries yet.

It is not a problem. I never use it on my phones before. There are quick controls in notifications belt where you can change brightness.

I just bought one for my wife. Pretty nice phone other than no light sensor and camera is grainy. It has some nice features. Prefect for her.

Hey guys I just got the Xperia U and I noticed that I see some tiny dots when I see white color.. What are these? They are annoying and change their position as I change the viewing angle..

I can see them as well sometimes. Maybe it's the stock screen protector
Its the digitizer, it detects the touch on your screen.

No, it may become even more noticeable.
It's on all NXT series? I don't see it on my LWW..(may be coz it's very very less noticeable on that). It's a little annoying to see stripes of dots when you're using the phone. Guess I'll get used to it! Thanks for all the help !

Why did they switch from Black to White on the menus?? Doesn't that just end up using more battery?

Yup it surely does but on amoled. There is no such major difference in lcd panels so you dont need to worry about battery

Only if you have an AMOLED display. The white background is looking nice IMO, and i'm getting tired of Android's dark-ish sci-fi theme.
I like holo background :-/
