I have a sony xperia u (st25i) android 2.3.7 with firmware 6.0.B.3.184 .Is there a way to root it without unlocking the bootlader?Thanks!

When the U ICS update rolls out next week - is it expected we can use the "Root Many Android" method to obtain root without unlocking the bootloader?

yes, you are on GB,
see the instructions under GB for root,

though rooting ICS can be achieved on locked bootloaders where on GB you may need to unlock it !
update to ICS and root, is what i suggest.

[device] SONY Xperia U
[Model Number] ST25i
[Android] 2.3.7 (Gingerbread)
[Firmware] 6.0.B.1.576
My question is: How Can I root it? I tried 2-3 apps(on my phone). 2 of them didn't rooted the phone when they were over, and the other told me to wait a few minutes(I waited 1 night, I mean 6-7 hours and I wasn't over).
Please help! and thanks in advance!
