Does this have NFC?
Several sources are reporting that it does, in the build.prop there's some NFC lines of code that i'd find in my NFC enabled phone, though all are set to false, setting them to true makes no changes, there's no NFC options in the menu either.
Would be nice to think it's in there, perhaps NFC will be there in 4.1?

Reading on the official Sony support forum it seems to be a bug of ICS, there's no fix yet
I'm using CM9.3 on my xperia u. Very smooth and there's no lag like it used to be.
But.. There's something annoying with the BT (bluetooth) connection. It always "disconnect" when I paired with my external gps bluetooth i747 (with "bluetooth gps" apps from playstore).
Is there any upgrade kernel for CM9.3 to solve my bluetooth connection problem on my xperia u...??

CM9.3 was a fake. Go to unrestrict.li/fxp and dowload FXP 216 CM9 for Kumquat and install it....
