Can I install another phone rom like galaxy R on my ATRIX 4g?
I saw they both have tegra 2 proccesor and galaxy has leaked ics so it will work fine?
And on the web I found something that called tegra ics maybe it is the drivers?

Honeycomb it's meant for tablets...don't think it would be very usable/useful on a phone...
i think sense 3 or 3.5 port will be much better as its ported to desire HD.

..too many problems so far...but it's good to see is coming
I know I'm not the majority here at all, but personally, I would LOVE to load up honeycomb on my GS2, lower res and all, make all my calls through skype, and still not care about the bugs. If only to show it can be done. Very awesome, I hope that developer upgrades his device to an i9100 soon
Hey guys im trying to decide between this phone and the skyrocket. This phone has a lot more developer support but the skyrocket is newer and has a bigger screen. What do you guys think?

Search is your friend . This has been asked to death and often results badly :O .
OGS2 = dev support + better cpu/gpu
SR = bigger screen + LTE
There's other differences but those seem to be the main deciding factors.

While the bigger screen on the skyrocket may seen like a boon, go check them both out. I disliked the skyrocket's slightly less contrast and clarity. It's weird considering there's only a small difference in size and the panels are the same. Also, the other thing that pushed me towards this one was better development and the combination of cpu/gpu. It's snapper.
If roms are your thing then this is the phone for you, we get the added benefit of being able to flash i9100 roms

As long as you flash the hellraiser patch you can flash any touchwiz rom and have it work, some people did this and posted it in the dev section. You can't use hellraiser for aosp roms. And no you can't flash any kernels except siyah because that dev has made a version of it for our phone

No - one of the first things Hellraiser does is replace the kernel. (Except, as mentioned above, the I777 version of SiyahKernel)

Yes, CyanogenMod and MIUI.
But, both are supported on the i777, without having to port the i9100 version. They are ports, but someone has already tweaked them for you. All you have to do is download and flash.

Wow. Nice. So. My last question is to go back to stock Rom like coming from a custom Rom would I just download the over the air update and lets say im on cyanogen. And just flash it via clockwork mod,?

I believe Odin or heimdall is the easiest way, entropy has a whole tutorial on that if I remember correctly

The Sgs (vibrant) never even got gingerbread. It had to be ported from the i9000. Same with ICS

The question that eating me is what Touchwiz has to do with ICS ? Why Sammy keep mentioning Touchwiz is the reason b/c of which these devices are not compatible :S Can't it be removed ?

because if they put vanilla ics on it then it will be called Nexus S as both of them have same hardware only GOOGLE name backs up nexus...
and samsung dont want to update it as 18 months past releasing S as its not profitable to those *****es
man , it is known that there is no official ics for galaxy ace , this is clear
but there will be porting of cm9 to ace by the developpers here in xda

There was actually just a port of Paranoid Android released for our Note. Check the development section. I'm running it right now. It's fantastic

Not yet. The only ones I've heard of are for the International version of the Note. Samsung has just announced that JB/TW will be coming for the Note in Q2 of 2013. Stay tuned.
There are plenty of jb based custom roms here, just browse through the development section. Go ahead and get your jelly bean on.
