Hello. I deleted my stock fonts on accident and I really need them back. Does anyone have the files on hand or can you at least tell me the names of the stock font .ttf files? It would be much appreciated.

I have attached a copy of my fonts from my Droid X2, However I make no Grantee as to their usefulness and/or suitability for your device. Use them at your own risk. (not like you'd break anything anyway... they're just fonts )

Changing fonts on the Galaxy S was very easy via the phones' own settings. How can you add/user new fonts on the Atrix?
thanks
Rafa
Nobody...?...I thought this was going to be an easy one....
What I did was pulled the fonts I liked that I ripped from UOT Kitchen and created a CWM flash-able zip for the font. I'm using Comfortaa now on the atrix.

What I´ve meant is if there is a stock way of doing this, like there was in the Galaxy S...

Not that I've seen so far. Flashing a zip is a piece of cake though.

Thanks for that link, and googling for me.
If I were to use one of those fonts, would there be a way to get back to the stock font? If I were to flash another theme, would it automatically load the stock font?

A nandroid backup should do the trick, but maybe you don't want to re-backup everything... I wonder if there is a TiBu system setting that contains the fonts that you could backup and restore data later?

Of course. DroidSans is the default font. Just download it from that link with the 300 flashable zips and flash it if you want to go back to stock.

This would be overkill It would work fine, but would be overkill. Just download DroidSans and flash that if you want to go back to stock.
Well another way, is to use Root Explorer or something similar and replace the fonts manually through there. Its not that hard and you could also back them up like that. Just have to make sure permissions are correct.

[SOLVED] Flashable Font Packs - Won't Install
Took me a while today to get it down, but works great!
BTW you can't flash with CWM. I tried every possibility on Atrix today with Tenfars. My guide does however work.

Well, it seems those CWM packages aren't compatible with the Atrix.
However I created my own package, and I successfully changed my font to Choco Cooky.
ChocoCooky CWM.
Here you can see how the font looks like.
Also I made one with the stock fonts, just in case:
Stock Fonts CWM.
If you don't like Choco Cooky, just download one pack from this thread, extract it, and replace the fonts in my CWM package with the ones you like.
Have fun ^^.
<edit> Edited to be nice! Please next time read my full post and see that I already said those font packs will not work with Tenfars CWM. Also, it's not the font packs which are not compatible with the Atrix, it's Tenfars CWM which is not compatible with the font packs. My instructions after much trial and error state to extract the font files from the font pack zips.

You're wrong. I changed my fonts through Tenfar's CWM. You're the one who should fully read the posts. Just flash one of my CWM updates and you'll see they work perfectly fine.
Maybe you didn't properly edit the CWM updates.
Think about it, if we can flash themes through CWM why we wouldn't be able to do the same with fonts?.
And to clarify a bit more, I said anyone can use one of my CWM updates as a template to flash any font they like just by replacing the fonts inside them.
I don't know why you got upset (I read your last post before you edited it). Maybe because I successfully created a CWM update to do this, and you didn't?.
Try the Choco Cooky one, and you'll see it works perfectly fine. Then you can flash any font you want through CWM.
Also, while your method might work for you, its a pain. CWM is allways cleaner, quicker and easier.
Hey guys, small question.
My path i need to flash something to is
/system/app/systemui.apk/res/drawable-hdpi
My question is do i have to stop at the systemui.apk by replacing that whole .apk of that particular ROM with the new images. Or can I flash past it directly to the drawable-hdpi folder with that path listed above?
If this doesnt make much sense i can try to elaborate. Im new to this stuff
Thanks everyone. Happy Rooting
Almost positive you have to flash the full apk.
thats such a pain.
With every ROM possibly having some minor differences you have to have an individual zip for each ROM.
But thanks a lot
Np, that's why I gave up theming way back when.

And just FYI....there our phone uses xhdpi so if you put icons in hdpi, only certain ones will be called to function...
Dear Razr users
My GF seems accidentally delete the stock massaging apps of the RAZR somehows and I want to have it back
Sadly that I can't afford a flashing right now so I would like to ask if any of you guys can be so kind to upload the apk file here. So I can just copy it to the system folder.
Thanks for reading.

Here you go.
I recently discovered this font, SJsecret, its found on the LG Smart World store and apparently it can't be used / installed on other phone models.
I found an apk package of it and i even managed to install it, but it doesn't show up in the Fonts menu in Settings.
So, i thought that maybe someone has the time and ability to make a proper apk for this awesome font. I don't want a zip package, because i plan to use Samsung Pay and i don't want to root for the time being.
I will attach the apk that i found, maybe it can be of some use.
/le
Done it myself after much searching and investigating.
I saw that many people downloaded the original LG apk, but nobody stopped to say something about it...
Anyways, I will attach my custom apk for S6 here, hope someone will enjoy it as much as I do!
/lle
Re-attached the file. Enjoy!
Amazing! I have an LG phone but I have installed cyanogenmod 11. How can I install this font? Thank you
I don't know how Cyanogen manages custom fonts, if the original LG apk doesn't work, try asking in the thread of your rom.

Thanks for the reply! I have done it in a different way. I explain you how i managed Just in case someone needs it.
I have extract the original .ttf file from the LG apk (I have used winrar on my pc), then I have moved ttf file in my sdcard and apply this with an app from playstore (iFont).
Yep, that's a great shortcut. iFont app is a very powerful tool for managing custom fonts.

I'm pretty sure the reason why (at least for me) is that I'm trying to find a way to create a custom LG font package.
iFont app does support FlipFont (for Samsung devices) but LG doesn't seem to be using that system, neither the iFont "install mode". I wish iFont did have a "LG mode", but it doesn't.

Currently attempting this myself. I'm using an LG G6 that isn't rooted but I'd like to figure out the changes he made in order to enable it on the other phone so I downloaded both.
Not a lot of people have posted custom fonts and the LG World store is over saturated with versions of comic sans style fonts.

Hey man, could you reverse engineer the apk and make Google Product Sans font for official LG framework? (Like how sjsecret or JIOgougu fonts have apks which work for unrooted LG v20/v30/g6/g5). Would be a grand favor.
Sorry for irrelevance with Samsung s6 forum though.
