Hi Guys introducing to you the all new Sony Xperia Motion Snap App by Sony Mobile Comminications .
The ‘Xperia Motion Snap’ is an app that allows you to make your own live wallpaper through a video of yours. What you need to do is install the app, shoot a short video using it and then Sony’s graphics engine automatically creates a repeated video that can be used as a live wallpaper on your Xperia handset. The image quality and play speed of the video can also be adjusted if needed. The app is free but is only available for Japan Users
I have downloaded the same using market enabler and have uploaded the apk in the below link
For any further info on the app you can visit the folllowing link
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonymobile.motionsnap
I have tested the same on my Xperia P and it works charmingly to create a great video !!
Please dont feel shy of hitting the Thanks button if you like the app
The play store says it's Incompatible with my SK17 and MK16... but I downloaded the apk and It workz :good:
(Only available in english)

As the OP said, it is region locked to Japan only.
That is why it is showing incompatible. Market enabler does the trick

Guys, i just saw a review of the new stamina mode in JB on Xperia Z. It has some very interesting features and many ways to be configured to save battery life. Not like the one in ICS where you cant change anything.
I was wondering - is there any chance this to be ported to ICS for our NovaThor devices? It will be very very nice.
Devs, what you think?
If you can extract the app from the Xperia Z rom then I will try it!
Actually, Stamina mode presented in Xperia P JB leaved rom. So you can take apk from there or wait for JB

Kernel from Sony has support for Super Stamina Mode (https://github.com/CyanogenMod/sony-kernel-u8500/blob/ics/arch/arm/mach-ux500/sony_ssm.c) but it's not compiled. If you want i can upload kernel for ics with Super Stamina support

Hahaha, this is very strange. That means that if someone here make it work for us - is a better developer.
Can someone compile the kernel with the support for stamina mode? If so then I could easily port it! We only have to add the stamina mode service in the ramdisk! That would however require unlocking the bootloader! But we could use an unused service so that unlocking isn't needed! Need more help from someone who knows better on compiling kernels
