I am looking for a smartphone meeting these criteria
- fully hackable (.i.e unloacked bootloader with possibility to install custom rom (.e.g 2.3 even if the official release is not out yet)
- flash 10.1 enabled (if not, flash lite but can flash lite display all flash 10.1 content?)
interested in x10 mini pro mainly because of its price although it looks a bit too compact. Does the x10 mini pro supports these 2 criteria above? and can u load the x10 normal rom onto a x10 mini pro?
If you are looking for a fully hackable device, sonyericsson is not for you (yet).

I have a problem with the wifi on the x10 mini pro, with original ROM SE 2.1.1.A.0.6 (and their custom rom based on it), the connection crashes immediately after turning on the wifi, or works for a few minutes, and then crashes.
This happens if you use the rom 2.1.1.A.0.6, but if I put the old rom 2.0.2.A.0.24, the wifi works without problems ...
how can I fix this??

hi, paul I like your work, I'm using your rom sonybread in my mini but there are some bugs, but this board not the issue, you can paul porte the origional sony ericsson lockscreen in your rom sonybread ..

oups! that's bad! how worse is the state of your phone man??what does it show?? did you try to change the battery and charge it in original charger and try to run it again??

well man i think the internal small cmos battery is dead that's why your phone is not running and i doubt that there was a really big hardware damage therefore i guess it could be fixed!
i know hardware too i had 3 majors at the same time:

but i only work in my software engineering

i just changed my old x10 mini pro (which is on cm7.1 on still works fine), to a new Mini Pro
I installed JellyVanilla 4.0 on it, and altough it works fine, i can't activate WLan, it is stucked on "Activating Wlan"
What should i do?

Which kernel are you using?? If that kernel has wifi_modules then flash them via Recovery and reboot.
If wifi modules aren't available for the kernel you are using, try deleting /system/wlanfixed if any and reboot twice. That should do it.
