Made these from video clips I found on YouTube, I take no credit other than splitting into frames and zipping into a bootanimation... Currently adding more as I continue to piece them together. Check back every once in a while.
To use: rename the file bootanimation.zip, drop into /data/local and then fix permissions.

The superman vs hulk didn't work for me either.....and yes I fixed permissions etc.

The last I checked the one in op doesn't work. The link toryheal posted does. Simply move it to data/local and fix permissions.
Here's a step by step. Download root browser lite, free from market.
This is what I use. Then download the BA zip.
Go in root browser to
/sdcard/ download and long press the zip file, select move. Navigate back once to sdcard back again to root. Go to data/local and paste. Long press it again, hit permissions. Set to 644, it will look like this

Then reboot.
****Edit: proxy's zip is flashable but that's a guide for zips that aren't.

Well, with the Evo 3D comes root, and with root comes S-Off, and with that comes custom roms and themes. So here is pushboot for the Evo 3d.
What it does: easily changes your boot animation and powerdown animation through windows.
Remember to start you need:
-HTC Drivers installed
-A working bootanimation.zip and/or power down animation
-Your phone plugged in to the usb port (lol)
-Only ONE .zip in each folder (clearly labeled.)
Other than that, I included everything needed to make this work.
Any issues let me know and I can try to help you out!

try using this one.
If you guys are pushing it as bootanimation.zip that's where your messing it up. I did alpharevx the night we got root. It's in system/app/resources. It's labeled I beleive sprintbootanimation.zip I believe something like that.on tapatalk ill look when I get home.but boot animation. It's for sure wrong.

Doesnt matter what its called with pushboot. you can put it in the folder and call the zip makeitfail.zip and it will work.
Pushboot changed the zip's name to what it needs to be.
Not all bootanimations are put together right, and that will result in a black screen.

I did this because I like to have it open when flashing roms. Really easy to send to recovery, and as soon as the new rom is flashed change your boot animation right away. I originally made it for myself to make things go faster =P
Can someone please make a Naruto skin with him in 9 tails form or sage mode with some sort of custom lock ring that has to do with Naruto like the uzumaki clan crest or something like that. Thanks in advance your work is appreciated.

BELIEVE IT! Picture a thumbs up. I rocked a Sasuke with mankgekyou sharingan as the lock ring for the longest. Now I've got Kamina with the gurren lagann logo. I'll do some edits to the new orange peel theme (big props for that, its bad ass) and get you something.

This is my first real attempt at themeing and i wanted to start out with the HTC keyboard. Its a simple yet elegant looking theme that you can flash using metamorph.

***Link Updated 12/13/11***
OrangeSpark Keyboard APK!
Rename the OrangeSpark Apk file to HTC_IME.apk and replace the one in /system/app then change permissions to rw-r-r

Updated with a few fixes to v1.5!

This is the "amaze camera v11 mod 1920x1080" mod (doesn't crash on 3D), the actual mod is the ROOT mod zip from HERE.
I themed the whole thing to a greyish color. I'll call it ShadowCam (that one's for ranger61878 ).

Basically I removed color from the various pngs inside the apk. Do you not notice your focus circle is now grey, and pretty much every other png too?
I left in the icon? Shoot, that's NFR... I might leave it due to laziness (can't remember what miui theme I kanged it from) - but I might change it back too.
