I was probably going to remove functionality from them. It annoying to hold it and accidentally hit the buttons.

I agree... They are more of a pain than a help. If they could be programmed to go to different apps ( press home and it opens quill, back opens browser, menu Gmail app... for example) then they might be useful.

I am running this ROM through it its paces and enjoying the process' thanks Jmz. The graphic glitches are not intrusive, I have uninstall the gallery apk and use qicpic instead. No problems with screen rotation, WiFi or GPS, no front camera as in op, rear camera hit or miss with 3rd party APIs. Can,t comment on battery because I have been running hard for 3 hours now, looks like a keeper.

Not sure I haven't had that happen to me. I have seen that happen with corrupted pics or video. So as a test I would advise back everything up and format internal and external and see if it happens still. If it still happens provide logcat of it happening

GASP!!!!!!!!! Could it be!?!?!?!?!?!?! CM10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Great achievement! Two JB ROM for evo VIEW, somehow a dream come true.
Installed with no issue. Something not found host file at first startup.
Found few errors.
1. Quikpic is causing reboot, and gallery apk didn't show anything.
2. Headphones is not working
3. Glitches in application, I used draw something as trial.

DEODEX--->> Apk files have respective odexes that devs use to supposedly save space. Deodexing means you convert it back to a .dex file and put it back inside the apk. This allows you to easily replace file (not having to worry about odexes), but the main point was to deodex services.jar so that you can change all text to different colors (such as the clock color to white) and to deodex services.jar, you need to deodex everything.
ODEX-->> In Android file system, applications come in packages with the extension .apk. These application packages, or APKs contain certain .odex files whose supposed function is to save space. These ‘odex’ files are actually collections of parts of an application that are optimized before booting. Doing so speeds up the boot process, as it preloads part of an application. On the other hand, it also makes hacking those applications difficult because a part of the coding has already been extracted to another location before execution.

Thanks so much, been waiting for this all day....downloading now.
Download went great, super fast...battery charging (I never install a Rom with less than 70% battery)
1.Wiped Cache, dalvik, formated/wipe, mounted and wiped system, cache, data and installed this Rom
2.It took just about 3 minutes from the moment I hit Reboot in CWM and the ATT Ready2go appeared
3.Boot animation for this Rom...pic below...
4.Uninstalled Nova Launcher
4.No sound issues
5.GPS lock in seconds.. indoors Used in a real world situation today and worked flawlessly and got me to my location 30 miles away with no issues.
6.No root issues
7.Super smooth scrolling, tested all the above before setting up email and TiBu
8.Wifi works great and connects to my Wireless N router perfectly, updating apps that came pre-installed
8.And YES this comes with S-note, S-memo, Mini Diary...
9.No issues after setting up and TiBu, after that I wiped Cached, Dalvik, and fixed permissions, runs really good still all stock but will try mods after a full battery cycle of use. I do this so I can gauge performance and wait for any issues if there is going to be any.
10.Tried phMOD but my use was always for the spen stuff not the launcher (use apex pro) and can care less what boot animation I have, I installed and all seemed to work just fine for those who want to use it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1672556
11.Electron_UCLF5_15toggle_blueBatt.zip.....Works....http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1731382
12."Find on page" in Browser causes browser to crash but works great in Chrome (known bug in stock)
Thanks bigfau for sharing this,
(remember every phone is different and not all users are going to have the same experience as I had)
Thanks

Doing the same thing as well. I've downloaded yours as well as flapps... but still working on building my own.
hello everyone.
We will attempt to use this as a General Q & A Spot for the Supreme version of Hatka Roms. We would like to keep the development thread as clean as possible for that purpose, to keep it for development. I will try my best to keep the OP updated with the MOST Frequently Asked Questions to make it easier for you, the user find the answer to the questions. As always, all Answers are subject to change as the development of ROMS progress. No 2 handsets are alike so, if something does not work on your handset, it does not mean it doesn't work.
For the development thread please visit HERE
Thanks to MustafaHadaKing for all his hard work in putting together this rom. And special thanks to Joelz for the Sense 5 Port that this rom is based on.
Most likely thread will be updated daily.
Q1: What is adb?
Guide - What is adb and how do I use?.
Q2: What is the source of this rom?
This is based off a Sense 5 port released by Joelz on 3/30/2013.
Q3: Is there a way to turn off blinkfeed?
Not at this time. You can however make a blank screen your home screen.
Q4: Are there any bugs in this Rom?
The Normal ZOE bug is present as with all Sense 5 ports. Also there has been reports of a group of HTC Widgets missing fixex in. V1.0.2.
Q5: Can I turn off the boot animation sound?
NO, but it will be removed in the next version of the ROM. Removed in v1.0.2
Q6: How can I get the HTC Music Player App back? V1.0.0
There is a link from one of our good users JellyDroid13 posted HERE
Q7: Is there any way to get the power save option off of my notification bar?
Yes. Hold down the power saver in your drop down bar. In app info screen uncheck show notifications.
Q8: How do I change my Nav bar Apps without making a folder?
Navigate to your App drawer screen. Drag out what you do not want, and drag in what you want to use. Yes the Nav apps do not show in the app screen after you drag them out. Since the Nav screen is standard, Google figured no point in double apps. (Hey. Not my idea!).
Q9: can I dirty flash v1.0.2 over v1.0.0?
No. It is not recommended because of the changes and specific fixes. For maximum performance you should wipe first.

*** THIS IS FOR THE CAP BUTTONS - Menu - Home - Back - Search - not for nav bar ***
since the new cm rebase kernel was pushed some things have changed.
my old enable/disable no longer works on the new rebase so here is the new zips
should work on all cm/aosp based 4.2.2 and 4.3 roms
disable: http://www.blownco.com/index.php/doc_download/13402-disable-capacitive-buttons-new-jd81
enable: http://www.blownco.com/index.php/doc_download/13403-enable-capacitive-buttons-new-jd81
for 4.1.2 roms use
disable: http://www.blownco.com/index.php/doc_download/639-disable-capacitive-buttons-jd81-zip
enable: http://www.blownco.com/index.php/doc_download/640-enable-capacitive-buttons-jd81-zip
just flash in recovery and reboot *put both zip's on your phone* flash disable and reboot, if you dont like it then flash enable and go on with your day
if this zip doesnt work for you *ie buttons still work after reboot* well then you dont have the proper rom,
either go on with your day or
-open a file manager
-go to /system/usr/keylayout
-delete the file sec_touchkey.kl
-reboot and go on with your day

Thought I'd share this for anyone who wants to disable the capacitive button lights. Credit goes to the original post I found at..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2210765
To turn off capacitive button lights:
1. Download a file manager with root access. I used Root Browser.
2. Go to system/lib/hw
3. Find the file named 'lights.msm8660.so'
4. Rename it to anything such as "lights.msm8660.so.old"
5. Reboot.
Unofficial CM11 port for Sprint Galaxy Note 3
Hi all,
I am here to post my build of CM11 for the Sprint Note 3!!!
I have been hard at work the last few days getting to work on this beast of a ROM. I will be updating this thread every day just like a nightly. I am here to possibly give hope that we can conquer any issues along the way. The CM team is awesome to be helping us with our phones so the best we can do is help as well. I will be posting a changelog for each and every build to show what the CM team and I have done to bring this masterpiece called kitkat into fruition

Yeah there has been some new optimization I put in for boot. So it takes a lil longer but battery and performance should be better. Hold on to your huggies though guys. I'm going to make this phone so buttery youll drop it.
Awesome!! Thanks very much.

Wow I love it already. Its funny how I notice a difference already and only been on for a few minutes. So does the phone work with speaker only as of now?

Well at least the long boot time is only when its flashed. Reboot is very fast. Yeah i just tried calling via speaker and its a no go. I would run a test but i'm on TWRP.
I'll install CWM. ANYTHING TO HELP. WHAT YOU NEED?

Ok guys. I'm posting this with hopes that I can get a little help on it. This is just a port and is VERY much an Alpha, so don't come and complain because things no worky.
Don't flash unless you know what you're doing!
If you brick your phone because you did something stupid, don't blame me.
Things that work-
It boots.
Soft keys(although they don't light up)/hard keys.
Proximity sensor.
Rotation.
Sound.
Vibration.
Things that don't work-
Phone/data/signal.
Bluetooth.
Wifi sort of works, it turns on and will scan successfully, but unable to connect.
Softkey lights.
Pretty sure GPS although I haven't tested it.
Storage is almost working.(Reads internal storage, but is linked wrong. Should be fixed next build.)
Camera- See above ^^
Probably more.
Like I said, it is just a preview and I am hoping to get someone on board that is able to help out.
One of the big things would be an updated 4.2.2 kernel WITHOUT SELinux. So if you know your way around kernel source and are feeling frisky, I wouldn't mind a kernel

My apologies. I fell asleep waiting for the upload haha. Link up.
glad to see another os developer, thank you for the efforts!

I'm looking for a fresh, updated CM 10.1 base WITHOUT SELinux.
I also have a booting Sense based MIUI. It's 4.2.2 MIUI 4.1.17. If anyone is interested...

Okay for data/signal depending on how they have their framework setup you need to add all your CM RIL from cm telephony-common.jar Decompile it and look for all the smalis with RIL in the name and phonefactory. Smali add all those smalis to smartisan telephony-common.jar /com/android/internal/telephony that should give you functioning data or a start to phone a radio log would help btw
Storage is related to storage-list.XML in framework-res.apk use the one from CM for your device(should resolve camera also but I recommend using Gallery2.apk from CM since it will 100% work)
Soft key lights is in Framework-res .apk /res/values/arrays.xml that controls button brightness and brightness levels/vibration
What device was this ported from?

Ok thanks for the tip on the radio. I have tried the storage-list.xml thing already as I thought that was the problem but it gave me a bootloop. This was ported from Oppo Find 5.

I was able to get storage working for the most part. File manager shows everything at least. Camera and Gallery work, but Gallery only shows pictures that were taken after ROM was installed and doesn't show anything that is already on the device. I replaced the config_autoBrightnessButtonBacklightValues with the ones from CM. Still a no go for the button lights but that's not anything major haha. Tried copying the ril files you mentioned and now it won't let me open settings.
