which one? did you try to read in the general section? no? go to general section and read and you will see it says "leaked" 4.2.1, not even 4.2.2
Anything 4.2.2 at the moment is cm/aosp, hence not official.
As mentioned above, there is a 4.2.1 Samsung Rom but it is leaked, and buggy

My question is how do i software update in settings "OTA" it says "No new updates" but my version is only 3.2!
its a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 GT-P7510
i want to update to the lates version.

Last version for your phone is ICS to get to Jelly Bean you need to flash a custom rom (there is no official upgrade after ICS and in some countries 3.2 is last one). I can guide you to install a Custom ROM for jelly bean or maybe KITKAT, Let me know.
