It should already be on your device.
Go into your camera. Then to the options where you see "Scene Recognition", "Sweep Panorama" etc. The option of "3D Sweep Multi Angle" will be there. Click on that and take your 3D panorama image. Once finished, it will show up in the bottom left corner next to the capture button.

Are they the same in all nxt devices? if yes I can upload my Xperia U one.. (st25a)
Hmm don't think they are the same.Anyway i cant see the problem.In th all apps settings i cannot find the app.Yet i take 3D pictures normally and it opens normally just can't find app!

On the last update it merged both the 3D camera and the regular camera into one app. That's why you won't find it anymore.

Yeah its a pain sometimes. U gotta basically keep trying. That's where I got the walls I posted above. I haven't tried any other app lately. But ill post back Herr if I find one today. I'll look in a bit

Why is that wallpaper is always cropped? It doesn't even scroll anymore on this phone. When you are setting a wallpaper, you choose a pic, and with the right resolution, you just select the whole thing. And then on the home screen it's not the whole picture. Why?

I think it has to do with the 3D carousel Rosie. Anything without the 3D Rosie has scrollable wallpaper.

Yeah, the carousel is fun for the first few spins, but then the novelty wears off. I wish that HTC had made the WP scroll until the carousel started or something. Hell, I could do without the carousel altogether if they'd let us disable it. Confining us to a 9:16 slab of screen is pretty lame, regardless of the resolution.
I just want horizontal layout for home screen. I don't get it, what's the big deal? I remember my BB Storm had it years ago.

Can someone tell me how to change my background to all black the jpg I had for my last phone, which was the atrix, worked fine but it does not work on this phone. I also took a picture with my hand over the lens to make it all black and tried to make that my background and that also did not work. What am I missing??? Thanks in advance.
Can you set any other pic from your gallery as a wallpaper? If you can, there's no reason you couldn't set your black jpg or the one you took with your finger over the lens.

Thats correct, I took another picture and when I tap on that photo it gives me the option to crop but not the photo with all black :\. I took another picture and that worked.... not sure why I didn't do that from the beginning
I get my wallpapers for my comp from interfacelift.com
Now that my phone has similar resolution size I also got some for my phone there too...

Example: Edit a pic with the s-pen, use the lasso to select a certain part of a image, copy that, and paste it on another image?
Is there a way to do this? Was sending my bro a pic of a ridiculous sandwich and was trying to copy a pic of the ingredients onto the picture of the sandwich itself.
The included smemo app can do a bit of this.
I didn't see ability to crop but you can quickly overlay two pics. It lets you move them around and resize when you first add them but I don't think you can move them once they're anchored.
Edit-picsay pro lets you do a bit more with resizing and cropping and giving option to erase bits but I still think once its anchored it's done.
The stock gallery has photo editor built in but it seems to suck for anything other than editing a single photo.

There are other apps like LayerDraw I think you'll just have to experiment or buy one.

Nvm, refunded the app and used smemo. Originally I tried doing it by holding the button on the pen then clicking the image to take a screenshot of it and edit it there

In picsay you can hit effect and then insert picture. Hope you figure it out. Goodluck.

Every time I open the Gallery app, EVERYTHING shows up from Facebook and overloads everything. I have tried for a while to figure out how to disable Facebook from uploading into my gallery. Has anyone figured it out?
yea i have to say the gallery app is pretty bad
I agree....love the phone but there's little annoyances like this that bothers me too....I personally haven't been too impressed with the photos ive taken either...but it could just be me

If you use the album view you don't have to deal with it, but then you don't get the live zoes. I've also only been able to find my screenshots in the album view for some reason.

can mb526 get a screen touch camera button.. like in most xperia phone..
u touch the screen anywhere in the app .. and flash.... it clicks..
its annoying to click self portrait images without a proper camera button
just use lgCamera app from playstore

Camera360 and JB+ can be set to take photos with the volume keys. I prefer Camera360 (v3.9), newer versions turn on the flash for auto focus, which is a PITA because when there isn't enough lighting the flash will go off multiple times just by aiming your shot.
