i have a folder full with icons for android phone, but when i put the folder on my internal memory it shows as a folder in gallery, but i don't want that. I want to extract the icon pack and when i want to change some icon to choose from icon pack
you want change icon in the launcher or in the homescreen??
Check this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=23379865&postcount=2102
In this you can change all the icon in the homescreen
you misunderstood me, when i want to change icon on the homescreen it asks me do i want to choose from a photo or from icon pack. So i have around 200 icons in a folder and i want them to show as icon pack not in my gallery as images

A lot of the time the designer uses custom icons, so it's not possible to get the pack.
What you could do, instead, is use your own icons or find an icon pack on the internet and just replace all icons with those. Then you'll have some to spare.
I found a nice white pack on deviantart by googling "android icons". I loaded them into my picture gallery, and then just changed them from the main screen (long press > edit > choose picture and save). I'm using the same theme as you. The icon pack I used is called "Whiteout".

How do we do this? Most Icon Packs now are tied to select Launchers and only those Launchers...
How do I install Nox pack and then load these to my Gallery?

I guess this not new at all, but did not found it as a suggestion in the forum.
When i select to change an icon it would be nice to be able to select from an icon pack.
General support for icon packs would be nice too.
you mean to change an icon ? just download the icons you want,or make them, add them to your phone, then when you click it to edit you should see your icons folder via the gallery

You are able to manually change icons on the homescreen by holding down on the icon - edit - and select an icon pack from there. Icon packs such as Nox work well, as well as other ones by KovDev. We are working on including full icon pack support soon

Thx for the reply. I did try with just one icon pack (Flatcons White) to see if its working, but no icon pack shows up as an available option when trying to edit the icon. This is why i posted the suggestion in the first place. I will try with more packs.
Thx a lot for your time and effort on this great product!
Its still look like wallpaper mounted in the device , please bring us a huge update:highfive:
step by step
find the icons you want to use and copy them to your device,ie gallery
on the main screen press the icon you want to change until the edit box pops up,when it does press edit
the next box will have a pic of the icon at the top and the icon text underneath, press the icon
in the next box you should see a popup with your gallery in,press the gallery icon and find the icon you want to use.
hope this helps a bit have done a few screenies to show

What @alldroid said is very good.
I also recommend looking at Jeppe Foldager's Copy.com icon pack folder. They all image files so you can find them easily in your gallery.
Here is the link: https://www.copy.com/s/DxsaXLatvBGf/Share/Icons
Perhaps i was not clear. I know the procedure to change the icon. I just tried with Flatcons White icon pack and there was not option to select an icon from the library, so i thought this was not possible at all (copying icons one by one is not very practical)
I then tried Umbra icon pack and it worked fine (meaning i see it as an option to pick an icon from). So i guess some icon packs work with themer and some not
The one i mentioned before (Flatcons white) for some reason it does not work with Themer (works with nova, widgetlocker etc...), so i jumped into wrong conclusions. I wonder though why its not working
Thx a lot for your time again
cool
THANKS
this is coooooool¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
I put some shortcuts in the Notification Drawer.
For changing the icons I can choose between Default, System icons and Gallery.
After I pick an icon or .jpg image with Gallery I get a message:
- The chosen app dit not return a valid icon or does not support image cropping. Use another app.
So my question:
Which icon format does Beanstalk support?
I tried .png, ico, .jpg images.
how to edit these icons without launcher no applications, I do not want to modify the system to use any application I want to know where is located these icons anyone know???
I changed the phone.apk able to change the icon on the home screen but it does not appear still the old green icon
Hi guys,
I've decided to play a bit with my device and have successfully created circle version of all icons from Fairy theme.
Steps to use:
1.Download and put the .hwt file in 'HuaweiI/Themes' folder on your device.
2.Apply Fairy theme from Themes app.
3.Then go to "Themes app - Me- Customize- Icons" then select and apply the icons theme.
Enjoy!
Here is the download link:

Thanks for the work, unfortunately though it does not theme downloaded icons which for me stay as square or uncircled icons
