Devil Toast is a CM9 (ICS) ROM. You're probably looking for the Disarmed Toaster CM10 (JB) ROM for CDMA but the developer said he was asked to remove the download for that and didn't given a reason why.
Based on precedents with other software on XDA there's a possibility that it might be considered warez, in which case it isn't supposed to be discussed at all on XDA. I'm not saying that is the case, but it would probably be best to try the other CM10 ROM's available on XDA until the status of Disarmed Toaster CDMA is made clear by XDA management.

I guess it wasn't clear from my previous post, but if the developer has been asked to not provide a download link, I'm not going to distribute it either until the XDA position on that ROM is clear.

Im wondering did the same situation happen with ogrinmnella with his roms as well. I noticed his threads were locked and links were taken down as well. Also Kevin, have you tried Team Dirty's aokp jb Rom or the cna jb rom? Just a thought.

I don't think so. Ognimnella said he was too busy with school and didn't have time to support his ROM's anymore.

gangnam style is a pretty good alternative. it was pretty much what deviltoast (.2) was before he added the camera with the occasional 4g drops.

I'm using Gangman style. I thought Disarmed toaster had camera working for CDMA too. That's why I wanted it. Guess I'll stick to Gangman style

This is what he's said about it so far. AFAIK, neither Agrabren nor XDA management have commented on why he was asked to remove it or what needs to be done before a link to the CDMA version can be posted on XDA again.

there was a cdma of disarmed (i'm using it right now) but it was pulled from xda

something about being kanged or something iirc, whatever the reason was, gsm will still recieve support, so idk
He's still uploading CDMA builds. 0.2.2 was uploaded a few hours ago. I think all the drama and conflict is starting to get resolved.

CDMA users should be aware that our version is shooter while shooteru is GSM version. I don't see any shooter ROMS on goo or the mirror but I might just be blind.

I am pretty anxious to use the new CM9 rom. I looked all over cyanogenmod.com but could not find anything for the amaze... Could not find a nightly build.. nothing. Does anybody have a status update? I am willing to beta test.

Unless the OP is developing CM7 or CM9 for this device it belongs in General. Moving now.
Asking for the status update for CM9 is asking for an ETA on it's own. Nobody will know until it is successfully uploaded to a server to be downloaded for the public. Any long term fan of CM roms would know this pattern and thus attract the amount of negative comments that you are receiving. In other words, it's ready when it's ready. Even in your OP you were predicting such replies.

the real question is will Cyanogen develop for the Amaze or will it need to be ported by a dev because of the lack of s-off currently?
zPacKRat , they could still use HTCDEV to unlock the device to test or anything .

I'm opening that topic because some people (specially french, maybe others) have a particular problem on ICS+ ROMs:
The Phone only works in Roaming mode, never in direct connection. (For 3G)
It does that thing only with ALL ICS+. With GB, no problem.
But it seems that there is a way that it could run normally.
For example: with mwakious ROM in 15.0, no problem with 3G, the phone is not in roaming but when I'm installing the 15.1, the phone only uses roaming...
There is a problem with that: first the quality is lower and then the battery life is impacted.
Maybe if some pple could check and mybe find a solution.

No need to have a attitude bro. If you are reporting a issue with ics roms. You need to go to the specific threads where the rom is and report an issue with a logcat so the developer can help. Seeing how you are not asking for help then let the people who are having the problem ask the questions instead of you. By the way, having a attitude with us is not the way to go when getting answers for your problems.

This is a first works just fine my end however if you're trying to tether with a wifi tethering app it won't work so well this is and Ice Cream Sandwich issue
