and I haven't rooted it yet..
and the new ICS is released for ST25i ( not officially) in india.
so plz can anyone help me in detal that how can I flash it on ma phone with language standard english!!!
and opnen network!!!
may be my ques r silly so sorry!!!
but plz help me!!

If you want to flash the Indian ICS, first you need to download the Indian FTF. But, as far as I know, there are only two FTFs available so far: Australian and Spanish.

Read the guides posted on the page you've posted your question.
i have read this guides : X10Flash 2.1 final & 2.1 Firmware (Update Regions 13.11.2010)
x10 Flash 2.1 Final + Global World Firmware 2.1
but in both says old 1.6 Firmware can not be flashed with this at the moment) should i first update to r2ba026 ?? or can i use any of this 2 guide to update directly?

And as I'm sure it's pointed out in them it's to flash 2.1 fw only, not 1.6.

I knew that the Arabic RUU is available but for users who loves to change there roms with Europe or any forigen rom ... For this reason we need for Arabic patch to flash it with roms .... But we need the update Arabic files with new ruu ...KF3 .....
So who we help and give us this work ...

Hi mate ...
Which patch the old one .... I think it will not work .... It could happened like the first arabic patch it won't match with the next updat with ...xxkf2 until the madmak he updat his file ...
Madmack has posted the script to let you modify the files yourself.

In that index there is a torrrent link for Global ftf.
Yes, talking bout the same. Does Global means World?
If so then may be i need Europe version, i am in Bulgaria.
