Yes, I would also like to know why do they change this software version so often. I still have 20d and at the moment I don´t see any point to update the phone. It would be different story if the new software would be already 4.2.2. In that case I would go for it of course.

see firmware size. Less size=less bloatware. Everything else is identical.
