Hey all...
Ok, I looked for this everywhere...also, asked a couple of devs...
From all the confusion, (yes it is confusing, admit it), I wanted to know if there is a CM10 patch for GSM phones to run CDMA ROMs??
I did my research on not just this forum but others too...out of helplessness, I am asking this here...
There are several patches for CM9 or ICS, but are there any for JB??
Thanx!
There's nobody here.

Do any of Nightelfs kernels work with the AOSP 4.0.3 Beta ROM?
And you couldn't ask that in threads which are for that kernel and that ROM??
And great topic title, really great..
EDIT: actually you did asked in his thread, and then here.. lol
Hi, I'm a noob so appologies if this has already been answered...
Q: Is AOKP not supports on a Galaxy S2? The official web site does not seem to support the device. Does this mean the the devs specifically mod the ROM to support AOKP?
Thanks in advance oh guru.

1. Questions typically should go in Q&A, not General...
2. I don't think you really understand what AOKP is.
3. There are a bunch of AOKP based ROMs in both the Android Development and Original Android Development sections.

1. Apologies, noob.
2. This may be the case but you certainly haven't answered my question.
I'll try again.
I have Resurrection ROM which is AOKP. On going to the AOKP site, the Galaxy S2 is not listed as a supported device. So, I'm asuming, because it's not listed, that it's not supported by the AOKP team. Install at your own risk??
Am I correct in saying that any issues that may arise are up to the ROM dev team to resolve and wont be looked at by the AOKP team.

"Install at your own risk" is pretty much true for any ROM.
Edit to add: sorry, I forgot to say: though I'm not on the AOKP team, so my answer isn't a definite one, but I'd imagine it would be up to the particular ROM dev, yes.
Hi,
For having tried many, AOKP works great on S2.
I've change for having stock FM radio working, but if you don't need that, there are great.
Enjoy
Instead of actually creating a new thread; does anyone know of a "stock" AOKP for the S2?
I want to try one that hasn't been tampered with.
Oh, the irony.
Hey guys!
I would just like to ask a few questions that I've failed to find answers on that I deem reliable. I have installed custom ROMs before, just not on the RAZR.
Firstly, is there any ICS, or better yet, JB update that works for me that live in Sweden? I would prefer JB, but only if its stable and functional.
Following up on the question about JB, I'm pretty sure I read about somebody running JellyBean Cyanogen on their razr? Is this correct, and if so, how is the experience, and where do I fetch it? (I have looked on cyanogenmods website, but I can't find my specific phone, only the Droids, and they dont even look the same)
So if no Cyanogen exists of Jellybean, one with ICS would be just as good. What I want in short terms is pretty much someone to point me onto how to get a stable ICS or JB release on my RAZR.
Could anybody help me out?
hello everybody,
im posting today to ask if i can install any cdma roms and make them work with the gsm patch ?

im more on the battery life side. compared to all the other fancy stuff.
thanks guys
also guys how do i update my razr xt910 gsm from 2.3.6 gb to ICS i cannot find the guide
Has development died for the Droid Razr Maxx? I seem to be hunting more and more to find new builds not sure if I'm looking in the right places it used to be romdroidhacks for the longest time then back to XDA, Just wondering if someone can push me in the right direction any help is appreciated!
Have you tried the rom and development forums on this site?
Edit:just realized I am on xda. The development forum has some here, Droid rzr has more for cdma development.
Development's been great recently. Everyone from rdh is over at Droid-Hive again. Thanks to Hashcode, we have a KEXEC kernel with working camera/data/wifi/almost everything. You can find CM/AOKP nightlies here (remember that CM has to be flashed in slot 1 and AOKP in slot 2 for now).

So if I'm running [CDMA]98.72.16.XT912 (official JB) can I flash the AOKP that you mention above? Or is that for ICS kernal only? I've been on JB since the xmas leak and miss AOKP dearly. Thanks.
