Just brought d Micromax a87 Ninja 4.0.. 1st had Sony W8 n with d help of d Xda members i was able 2 install Costom rom which brought a g8 fun in cell 2 me..
i want 2 do same thing 2 my micromax a87.. It has very low Ram i.e 256 which makes d cell incomplete..!!
So i request d XDA Members to built of Some nice Costom rom for this cell..! n plz guide me to Root this mobile in a easy way..

I believe there is no custom rom available right now but yes you can root the same there is a guide available here just search for root micromax a87 in this forum and you would get in first results!!!

Well, you need to understand that XDA is not a place for providing ROMs for phones. Its a developer's site who comes, collaborates, share their work, expand their knowledge from other developers/works etc.
I'd suggest you study about building ROMs, as there are tons of tutorials available here and there. Actually, one becomes a real developer after attempting stuffs out by themselves.

Did u backup and factory reset and installed ROM? I factory resented then it worked but I don't have my a25 its broken
I can help with more info I know
U can download official a25 ROM and install it from PC search the web about the ROM and flash it ENJOY

EDIT : As i didn't get any replies i googled for about a week and came up on a video posted by Andrew barnes.
This video will guide you to root both Micromax A51 Bolt and A27 Ninja.
For Rooting A51 Bolt i tried this method for 5 to 6 times and then i was able to get root access, so if you dont succeed in the first attempt then unroot using the tool and root again, try this for 5 to 6 times and hopefully you'll get root access!

Hi,I also have purchased this model and successfully rooted it.You dont even need a pc to root it. All you need to download FRAMAROOT apk which may be downloaded from this forum. Install framaroot on your mobile and select Install super SU. Then select Barahir binary..You are done now.reboot your device and it is rooted..
