I'm looking through the themes and wow...all of you have done some impressive work. I'm looking for something a little simple though. I just want to get rid of all the ugly white backgrounds in the settings, email, contacts etc. Most importantly the email and settings screens. I don't use the contacts screen too much and I don't use the stock messaging app either.
I think I can snag the dark Google play apk from another theme in here so that's done already. If you have any tips on how I can change these colors (invert black to white and white to black) on the few HTC skins that would be great. Not scared at all to get my hands dirty as I'm a programmer/developer for my day to day job. Just haven't done much in the android scene.
I've found that if you are running Kangs Chaos ROM there is a flashable zip that themes the whole phone black and blue I will see if I can find the thread for u and link it

What file do you have to edit to get the text message white background to black?
I have searched everywhere for this and cant find anything other than pnemonia theme. I love the theme dont get me wrong god knows the hours it took to go through everything to do that and he went through em all! It is perfect if you like the color. Kinda like a sports car. Who doesnt like a ferrari but what color everyone will pick a different one. Ive never made a theme before and working 60 hrs a week and barely can keep stuff updated. I have vacation in a month and i may just read up on it and make one. Maybe i could ask cho or timberwolf for few pointers for lil donation on mikmik. Timberwolf prolly knows as much as anyone on themes for the latest roms. Black is my fav but I just settle for blue. I just want something simple. No fancy icons, just black backgrounds with white letters. Matte clock and such. Ive got few new skins i found but i had nothing to do with any part in making em nor do i know who did and i dunno rules on that? Dont wanna make anyone mad without asking to post there stuff. Do a search for blue matte, drop dead red and black HD skins and to whoever made em tyvm love them!

Guys, I would also use a wallpaper applying app like Wallpaper Set and Save, so that the image will not be stretched or compressed.

Holy $hit, that's EXACTLY what I had in my mind.
Only thing I could say current, which is beyond you, it's the piv, it's not the highest quality, and the upper left corner looks lifted up. Again, that's just because the poor images online.

Hey everyone,
Everyone knows the streak live wallpaper. I use it as my default wallpaper, but when I looked through the HTC wallpapers (the not live ones), I saw one which looks similar, but blue (I think it's the default wallpaper for the blue sky skin, so I already knew it). I really like the blue one (more than the colorful streak), but I also really like live wallpapers. Now I've searched a bit on the web and on xda, but I couldn't find it, so is there a live version of this blue one? Or asked in a different way, is there a blue version of the streak live wallpaper? If not, is it possible for someone to make one? I would like to make it myself, but I'm not going to make a lot of themes and such, because I already screwed up a skin after working on it for 3 days LOL. If I was 18 and had a paypal account I would be willing to pay/donate for this, but I don't. Maybe I can use my sister's account to donate and then give her the cash back, but I'm not sure about that (she will probably say "do whatever you want with my paypal account as long as you give me the money immediately).
I also know the wallpaper is called string theory.

Not many people downloaded that theme (and for the record, I didn't get not one single "thanks" for it). So if nobody wants the theme, I won't even bother spending countless hours of my time working on it. I'm perfectly content with my black and white version that I made for myself and decided to share.
The reason I was going to make red, blue, and green theme's for it is because some people I know would rather have color than a black and white theme.

I'll get to weird colors after i get red blue and green out. To be honest, I havent even started those. Its been pretty hectic around here for Christmas and I've been really busy. But when I do get to them, I'm gonna do all 3 at once.

Yeah bro. My family owns a company that helps special needs kids and they get SUPER excited about any holiday (like even thanksgiving they fiend over) so imagine what its like for christmas
But yeah, with my knowledge of photoshop, I can make themes of multiple colors at one time. Of course it takes a little longer than doing just one single theme, but not as long as doing 3 of them individually. And it takes a lot of organizational skills to keep the colors separate haha.
I just hope task doesnt update the framework half way through the creation of my themes haha.
I was looking for something to work on to gain a little more experience with photoshop so I adjusted one of the wallpapers from Zedge or somewhere to fit my screen properly. I will be happy to modify others if you send me the file. Please include any specifications i.e. you want the main image to show below the clock or at the top or centered etc. Just find this image in gallery and set it as wallpaper after choosing the correct screen type it shouldn't need any cropping.
If this isn't useful just let me know and I'll remove the post. I've been using these awesome roms for a couple months now, and I'd like to make some sort of contribution to the group, and since none of these devs would likely have the amount of time needed to get me rolling making roms worth using I'll try this for now.

Just wanted to share the custom skins that I am currently working on producing. I know there are tons of different places that do skins that are cookie cutter and let you pick colors, or just an image to print, but to those of us out there who want to stand out and make our phones unique, that doesn't quite cut it. I want quality materials but not the pick your color and look like the person next to you idea. I can appreciate what companies like Dbrand offer, but I want to be able to customize them a bit more. I will be offering some more basic ones like theirs down the line, but I am looking to give that fully custom experience to those out there who truly love their devices and want to show them off. There are some people out there who hate seeing their carrier branding or company names plastered on their device. There are those who are extremely brand loyal and want to proudly support them and show those around them what they are carrying. Whether you want your favorites sports team logo with a twist, you favorite rom developer / team logo, or even you own company logo to draw some attention when you pull your phone out, I want to deliver that experience.
I have been working on some of the skins and templates I have as well as testing different materials for ease of install, look, and durability. The Nexus 6 skins are 90% done in my eyes and the materials have been ironed out for the main part. I am looking to make skins that are truly unique and able to give you exactly the look that you want on your device. I will be taking orders and shipping soon. I am currently going to be pushing them locally in the Chicagoland area. There are a couple cell phone stores that I know that are willing to keep them on hand as well. Looking for some feedback on what you see here and some other possible ideas that you would like to see. After I get some feed back on what I have been working on, I will move forward. Looking forward to hear what you have to say.

Thanks. That was the first one I did on my Nexus actually. Didn't want to take it off to test the others, but had to... There will be a future revision to it when I get the materials I am waiting on....

Can most likely do it for $10 (red isn't a premium material like carbon fiber etc) plus a couple bucks for shipping. I can send a backup one with it just in case (the install is not easy with the lettering)
