Home strip

How can I get the nexus home navigation strip on my omega rom?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
Step 1. Use search, its not difficult, google is also very good at searching for things.
Step 2.
Add qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 to your build.prop and you'll have the navbar.
This is for free, this time.

Ya it'll work for any rom, you don't need a computer, just use a root explorer and go to /system/ and open build.prop in text editor and add that line at the end. Easy.

+1 for this. Boat has been my go-to for a long time. If you have ever run Miui, it's the stand alone version of that browser.

Smb shares? I think a lot of file managers will handle that. I use solid explorer.

ES File manager works well to access shared files over your network.
Try Tonido from Google Play. Free home based cloud. Pretty decent.
