Hello, I have wanted to publish my very basic app to the android market so more people see it and begin to use it, but I am skeptical about making a developers account because you have to give your entire SSN and I am not willing to do that. So if someone could simply pm me and I can send them the .apk that would be great.

I don't think that people will do it for you, because if you put any malicious codes into the apk, he/she could get himself/herself banned so I don't think any developer will take that risk.
Hence, my suggestion is that why don't upload at project hosting sites like google code(http://code.google.com/) or sourceforge(sourceforge.net) ?

I have spent the past year familiarizing myself with Android and the Android SDK. Now I am stuck. I want to publish an app on the Android Market but I have no idea what type of app I should make. Please help me guys and gals. Give me any idea you have that ou would like an app for in Android. What do you guys miss from iOS or Windows Phone 7 or Windows Mobile 6.5 or Palm OS or WebOS or any PC/MAC based application? What do you want to see? I was in the same situation as you a while back.
If you are serious about app development, my suggestion is that you go over to Freelancer.com and browse the active Android jobs and see how hard it would be for you to build an app. If you are confident about completing an app, be sure to bid on a project and send a demo of the app to the person requesting it - it just might land you a nice paying job!
My experiences there have been mostly positive and it's a great way to sharpen your skills and earn some extra money.
(If you're going to join, and if it wouldn't be a problem, send me a PM with your e-mail so I can send you an invitation which will in turn earn me some spare change )

i looked for answer everywhere I did not find the Final answer or the solution
Some applications in the phone When you violate the Terms of Use They will banned your phone to use Their services
For example: SnapChat
win you use multi account they banned you to use "snapchat" on your device again
The solution is by clear your "Google Play" data and delete all google accounts associated with your device and use new google account then that you can use "snapchat" again on your device.
but some apps whatever you did you still banned "blocked" from use their app
particulary i mean "BIGO LIVE" app, I did everything to remove the banned from device but i still banned
i change ip and clear google play data and i use new google account, I did everything, but nothing i still banned
i did no't break they Terms or roles
all that is my friend used my phone to sign in he's account when he done and sign out, i back to use my account again but when i sign in i see a message telling me your account has banned, so i tried to create new account i see same message and i tried to sign in with my friend account i see same message.
so how this banned stick on my phone ? when i do everything to skip this banned !!
Who knows the solution ?

They banned you by your IMEI number. Think of it like a serial number. No way around it. Without buying a new phone.

dont know if is legal asking this on xda development ...but u need atleast runing android 6.0 and then root your phone then instasll xposed framework then theres an module called xprivacy... search on Google how to emulate ur imei or unban tutorials using xprivacy
just buy a new cell phone

I guess this is something related to mac address so yes, you can ask for support on this matter as long as you're not trying to bypass paid features of an app, I think you've been banned from using it.

To answer this orig. question. Depends the app and android version etc. One can edit the app. Then one must sign it to work. If that is ok, then also other possibility could be is to sign the app yourself, then use it normally. Now to edit the db, presumably at /data, one can make another app having the same name and signature. Now uninstall the app keeping the data. Then install your own app and edit the data. Unistall editor (keep the data) and reinstall the app and then use your edited db...

Need your help guys! Recently my app was banned from Google Play Store with claim of repetitive content. I send immediately e-mail back to Google to find more detailed info about situation. As a reply I got again that it is a repetitive content. Now I am confused, because I am not sure what was wrong, because everything was made by us and there is no affilates to anything. We are trying to contact Google, but it is not possible. One thing that I was the most surprised, that Google always says that they are so reachable and always are in to help it users, but here I am convinced that it is not true.
Maybe some of you have experienced this issue and could maybe explain what could be possible reasons for the ban. Please share your stories!

Yes, I am sure, because the code we wrote unique for this project, nothing was copied. My biggest concern is about that there was no explanation. I understand that it is their platform, but there should be some kind of service.
