This is Themes are you asking how to install a Theme ????
If you want to install a Jelly Bean rom then i suggest you wait for JB to roll out and while you are waiting you can read all the FAQS and How To first .
Some basics added .

Stock rom is most stable rom till the date and minimum bugs....
If you feel on stock rom clear your app cache and don't install any single app...
Thnx for making this thread and I am requesting you to try all differenet roms...on your own and use that specially designed (by chuck norris and rajnikanth) search bar...

not another stupid thread like this
please use the search function,
for once people,
use your brain before posting,
wth is the purpose of this thread when there are already hundreds of them scattered everywhere,
being new is not an excuse of being ignorant,
you're not the only new member here,
what if every new member on SGY started posting threads like this?
we'd have more than a hundred "best rom?" thread here for the mods to clean up,
before making your 1st post you should have to learn about SGY,
not just post a thread for a seeminglessly stupid question,
read the rules,
search before posting,
before you have joined xda care to read them,
they are really useful,
if you think it is tl;dr (too late; did'nt read)
you're doing it wrong,
xda is a developers site for knowledge sharing,
remember that,
not an opinion site, and certainly you are wasting data and space here

If your phone is not rooted then first you need to root it and install cwm recovery. You can search forum for tutorials.
Then download the rom in your phones external sd card and flash it via cam.

First of all u both are right in ur points.
-Please don't repost and pushes things to often and just give "helpers" time to see and reply it.
-On the other hand don't cry about it and post ahead on people who are already double posted, because then u spam urself.
@OP
As far as I know, u can't boot a JB based Rom (like ur Miui version) with an official Samsung based one (first u have).
So u can try to use another JB custom Rom instead of the first or just use older versions.

As for the dual boot.. Whould it work if i use a MIUI ICS based rom instead of the other and keep the "mini Note"
I mean is there any way to make a dual boot with the mini note and any other version of miui?

Siyah does support dual booting. But AFAIK, u cannot dual boot Samsung jb 4.1.2 roms (because of the preload folder), although there is a workaround for it here on xda.
Siyah v5 cannot dual boot cm10.1 (4.2.2 jb).. for that, u need Siyah v5 vsync..

Sadly No..i'm gonna ask it clearly: is there any way to dual boot "Note mini" with any other ROM?
thank u for your time
I hope I'm not wrong but as far as I know it isn't possible.
But to confirm this u can try to flash two 4.1.2 Roms (like note mini) so that there is no version difference.
But like I said I can't give a guarantee.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i Kernel

Hello guys.... I'm new here... So i don't know the rules and stuff...
My problem is that i have flashed my custom Rom to Jelly Blast V3.0.3 ... and when i flashed... I had Network problem (My sim was not Detecting)... So i was told to Install 2 files namely ;
Kernel-201211201515-E3-boot.img.zip
Modulos201211201515-modules.zip
I installed both these files and realised that i flashed my Kernel to 2.6.35.7 [email protected] #201209221033 .... And yeah, My Sim card was reading now.
So the problem comes here, I cannot access my sim contacts, I was told that it is because of the Kernel...
Before you tell me solutions i have ;
Downloaded Sim Contacts related app's
Done Gmail Contact back-up's
I am really confused now... What should i do now... Should I change the Kernel again/ If yes, to what? ..... Or should i download some other file which can help me? Please help me! thank you...
Change the kernel todo the stock one and then save your contacts to the SD. Now you can flash again the custom kernel and import the contacts from the SD

It's an awful ROM mate! I've seen more users having problems with it than any other ROM! I take it you haven't even bothered to look in the development section at some of the great ROMs we have, JellyBlast doesn't even come close with it's low quality theming, bloatware, fake JB build.prop edit, IMEI issues, performance issues... I could go on but I think you get my drift! :thumbup:
