[Q] HELP!! Black spot at the edge of screen when charging with screen off

Hello, please forgive me if i make a new thread about bleeding. Searching it a while ago and cant find any answer about that. No its not about bleeding when screen on. Its about bleeding when screen off!
Its been 2 months since i got this amazing phone. Through this forum i learn to flash both custom rom and kernel and all work well.
Few days ago, my friend talk about yellow tint and bleeding screen.
Used *#0*# to test it then I used Receiver (white) to test yellow tint and vibration (black) to test bleeding screen. Glad i dont see any sign that my friend told me.
Then last night right before i go to bed (dark room), i charge my phone (i always turn off my phone when im sleep) i see a black spot at the edge of my phone screen (around battery image).
Any1 know what it is and how to remove it?
Or its a lcd issue and i much replace it with a new lcd?
Is that "black spot" effect my phone performance.
Im afraid it getting worst.
Thanks and sorry for bad english

[Q] HD2 no backlight but touch screen works.

Hi I recently dropped my T-Mobile HD2 in a puddle of water very briefly i took the cover off and battery right after it happened and wiped everything down. The phone worked flawlessly for about 6 hours then I finally got a black screen. The phone will turn on boot into android(2.3 NAND) and the touch screen works plus im able to recieve calls and messages BUT the only way to tell is to use a bright flashlight to see the screen as I have NO BACKLIGHT. Help me please?
You have probably dead light emission layer. By all means, LCD is to be replaced.
You shouldn't turn phone on immediately after accident. Removing battery immediately, complete disassemble of every possible piece and letting it rest for 2-3 days in warm dry place is a proper way to do this. Next time of course.
So just replace the LCD? Should I order a digitizer with it? Thanks in advance.

screen doesn't light up in a low temperature

Hello,
I've noticed lately strange thing in my new S3 (not branded, not rooted, official 4.1.2). I've spent Last weekend in mountains, it was about -9 celsius degree, and I had my phone in an external pocket so it had probably frozen a little. When I tried to take a picture, the screen remained dark, only the touch buttons lit. When I tried to reboot with the side button, I saw "samsung galaxy SIII..." sign, and a blue wheel, and heard the sound, but than the screen remained dark.
The phone rang for an incoming call, once I was able to answer by touching the dark screen, second time I failed to answer (obviously it got colder).
After moving the phone to internal pocket when it got warmer, screen got back to life.
It happend again when I put my S3 into holder in a cold car (still in the mountains - though I wouldn't connect it with the altitude above sea level ).
I'm curious if it happend to someone else?
I wonder if it's due to AMOLED properities, or rather hardware malfunction?
I will contact support, but since manual recommends using the phone in 5-35 C degree temp. range, I'm affraid, they can evade.
Now the Q&A section is sad because you ignored it

This phone is painful for my eyes

First, sorry for my potato language. I just got the phone and this is the first one which makes headache and hurt my eyes even at low brightness. Am I the problem or do you guys noticed that aswell?
I'm having this phone for 2 months and i hadn't experience something like that. I'm using auto brightness
i don't have this problem but something i have noticed that may be related is the screen's plane polarization is incorrect by 90 degrees, i have never seen this on any other phone i have owned.
to test - look at the phone through polarized sunglasses, you won't be able to see the screen. turn the phone or your head 90 degrees and the screen becomes visible.
for me i actually like this because it has stopped me looking at my phone while driving.

Phone got wet, display showed rainbow colors, not turning on

Hi guys,
my girlfriend hike with her friends, was really rainy. She forgot to put the phone in a "safe" spot, the phone got quite humid she said.
She didnt think much (obviously ), after the hike cleaned with a towel, scrolled though the pictures, so far so good - than a bit later (not sure how long it survived, maybe 30min?), the displayed showed some rainbow colors and turned off. At that point I suppose she couldnt tell whether the display/connction is just broken, or the chips are dead (short circuit?) and hence the phone was completely shut down.
I told her to keep it off, let it dry a few days. If chips are short circuited, I guess it's dead anyhow. But just to give it a try.
Unfortunately, she cant take off the backplate on Samsung (not sure which mode, but backcover seems to be fixed) because she's still on the trip - no heat gun or anything...
Now after keeping it drying in the sun for 3 days, she once tried to power it on, the displayed SHORTLY showed a logo, but immediately turned back off. At that point it wasnt clear whether the battery is just empty, hence she charged it, but no battery-charging-sign (with the status) is being shown on the display.
So: Is there anything else that can be tried?
Or is it simply dead now? Apparantly the display kinda worked, but it seems to not charge anymore, hence maybe directly turning off the display while trying to turn it on!?
Thanks!
