I have gone thorough just about every setting I can think of. I have changed the wallpaper when docked to the same as my home screen, which is a nice live wallpaper. When it's docked it shows the live wallpaper for about 2 minutes before reverting to the dull blue screen saver (I assume that's what it is). Does anyone know how to disable it or change it?

anyone having their wallpapers appear just on one side of the screen and other half be black? whats going on? Is this a bug?
I've been having the same issue in landscape. No matter how I crop or what image I use about half the screen is blank and cropped as it was still set in portrait mode. Been hunting for fixes tonight and haven't found anything. I have, however, found a workaround. Multipicture Live seems to have done the trick for me setting the image the way I want it to appear both landscape and portrait with no fuss about cropping. I don't know how much of an added strain it puts on battery life technically being a "live" wallpaper, but at this point it's worth it for me.
Is there a way to disable the lock screen rotation? I have it disabled when unlocked but it still rotates when locked. When I set a wallpaper with picspeed it looks great until the lock screen rotates then the picture gets all fat and distorted even in landscape mode and I have to reset my wallpaper all because of the stupid lock screen rotation. Plz help!

I would love to know if there is a way to do this as well.
One thing you could try instead of reseting your wallpaper, is once you are at your homescreen, turn autorotate back on, rotate to portrait and then back to landscape and see if that fixes the wallpaper. I have a different problem that happens when mine rotates when in lockscreen, but this usually fixes it for me.

Just tried your suggestion but it still borks the wallpaper. Once it goes goofy there is no way to ungoof it without setting the wallpaper again from scratch
Is there a way or an app in which you can watch a video thru hdmi with the screen off?
I'm looking for a solution also. I thought my prime would be able to replace my media player but when the screen is always on it's terribly distracting, even if the background is black.
Screen off puts it to sleep. As far as I know there's no workaround.
But if you use dice player every video I've tried has used hardware decoding and gives you the black screen. Helps on battery as well as not being distracting. Swipe down to decrease brightness on the black screen even further. Doesn't affect you're actual brightness setting.
My tablet screen goes into a sleep mode after minute. but continues playing video. I also have it plugged in. I was using the crunchyroll app so I don't know if it will work for other apps. My best guess would be go into settings and click on display and adjust the time till the screen turns off. The last thing is you can just close the prime if you have the keyboard station or just flip it over so the screen is faced down.
I don't mind the screen on but would like if off to save on battery.
i'm using tmobile SGS3
whenever i set my lockscreen picture to black-background image, the borders of the screen gets whitened out, almost upto the middle.
is this normal?
i only see them in lockscreen with wave-effect
Turn off ripple effect.
If i use a live wallpaper or picture and use it on the lock screen it will just go dim and then the screen will go black in about 5 seconds i want to set the live wallpaper or pic to show for longer if you know what I mean
