will there be a problem with the kernels and things such as these i had my mobile updated with seus to the latest version before it got bricked.
Also i have locked bootloader...
if it isnt possible for this rom can you suggest an other one?
i prefer gingerbread rather than ics because of battery drain.

Officially Unlocked Bootloader
I don't want to unlock my bootloader the unofficial way.. I am not exactly Mr. Safe Hands so I am afraid I'll mess it up.
But I want to Unlock my bootloader officially. Because I know we can relock it later.
Whenever I soft brick my phone, I use Sony Update Service to fix it. But I am aware I can't do that if I unlock my bootloader the official way.
So how do I fix a soft brick after I unlock my bootloader the official way?
I would bow down with gratitude if someone could please share a step by step method
Thank You
Hey this is a dead thread (by me )
But hey dude
dont think that seus will help you always in my situation it didnt.
I used flash tool to unbrick.(from soft brick)
Also if you rellock with oficial method it will be in re-locked state and not Locked
you wont be able to recover because some keys will be lost...
anyway i dont reccomend unlocking anyway.

I've already unlocked! And I changed my kernel.
But I figured it out! Using flashtool.. I can fix a soft brick even if my bootloader is unlocked. I didn't like SUS much anyway.. I have a very slow net connection and, therefore, absolutely hate to watch the files download.
Flashtool is awesome!

[Q] xperia ray stuck on sony logo

Guys please help I just rooted my phone (Bootloader still locked) then i changed root permissions in /SYSTEM folder to rw-r-r- when suddenly a force close loop appears so i turned off/on my phone but it became stuck on Sony Ericsson logo.
I tried reflashing the stock rom using Flashtool, update/repair using SEUS and PC Companion and lost my CWM recovery. I've waited 30 mins - 1 hour for it to boot up but with no luck still stucked on sony logo. I'm running out of options here. is there still other way to unbrick my phone?
i would gladly appreciate any help :crying:

SONY Z2
hello there,
i have a sony z2 .. i unlcked it then while i'm flashing it i've done something wrong that i don't really know what it is !
so eventually the phone keep rebooting !( it start .. then SONY logo .. then crashed then reboot again )
and i can't reach any data on the phone !
considering that it can not be charged while it's not booted ! ( when you plug it in it start immediately)
so i tried to flash it again but i couldn't because some steps has to be done while the phone is on !
i tried xperia companion pc ! but it didn't help me it said that my device is unlocked !
so i'm stuck in here !
is there any solution ? ??
