Is anyone else experiencing problems with Video Unlimited on their Tablet S? If I click on a movie to try and watch a preview or rent then the app flashes and goes back to the main screen. Same thing happens if I try and go to settings in the Video Unlimited app.
I had that problem but then i unistall it then reinstalled it.

Anyone know how to submit feedback about a Sony App?
The SocialLife app is laggy when scrolling through posts and the Music Unlimited App is very un-stable, always force closes or reloads and it's quite frustrating. I'd use them more else.

This is an awesome music app for it to be in alpha, especially since it has scrobbling from last.fm.
Force closes on me sometimes too but i suppose that is to be expected.
keeps FC for me, thats a shame since it looks as a nice music player...
Hope next versions will be more stable...
It's a really good first attempt. I put it next to my HTC surround, and it looks freaking perfect. Now only if I could get all the DRM stripped off my Zune Pass content....

If it force closes, email Fede (the developer) with your logs and what not. He'll try to fix it. Better for everyone and more productive than just whining.
Mine works perfectly fine.
I like it, just wish it had a widget.

Where is the e-mail add for the developer and where do I get my logs...to send?
Its in alpha... does nobody seem to get that!? He hasn't even got a beta.

most of the time I realise it force closes when it could not pull out the album art fast enough. Not sure if I'm making sense here.
Let me just try again.
While using the app, I realise one peculiarity.
When scrolling though songs, there are occasions where by when the new track starts playing, the album art that is shown, is that of the previous track. And usually in these instances, the app will encounter an error and force close.
Now this appear to be a great app in the works, and if it were to support the a search function instead of just scrolling through the list as well as the ability of editing playlists on the fly, it would be perfect.
For me is working OK. Rooted Stock OLYEM_u4_2.1.1

When I click on video links on facebook, it shows me a list of browsers to choose app which will open video. there is no Youtube app in the list.
I tried clear defaults / delete data for both apps: Facebook and Youtube but without any results.
The problem is, that the link is redirected over Facebook. So the App does not recognize it as a YouTube-link.

I really wish facebook would give us an option to disable this crap. I don't need this. Really really annoying. That's what's going on. Android will open up youtube videos with the domain youtube.com but facebook makes it m.facebook.com/something or another and youtube doesn't know that domain.
Don't know why, but the chrome browser is a buggy piece of crap. Whereas, on my Sony Xperia S, it works like a dream. Why is that?

I don't think Chrome has the greatest tablet experiance - the tab's are just to small for my liking.
What bugs have you found?
Yes mine too. It doesnt like tabbed browsing. Sometimes when I open 1-2 more tabs the pages dont load. Even with just one tab the page sometimes does not load at all. The browser has crashed to desktop on mine a few times as well. The tablets just needs a few things fixing then it will be perfect:
chrome fix
Delay in waking device fix.
Random reboots
Ps store and dual shock 3 native support.

it crashes on me almost everytime. I've decided to give it a fair chance by installing it a few times but still the same everytime. Had to go back to dolphin. Dont even bother with chrome at the moment unless it gets a major update.
According to google mobile official blog, Chrome browser is still in a beta phase

you have to disable the stock browser, and chrome will be better. But firefox is better on my tablet s
Just like they said. Tabbed browsing is bad. Really bad. Another thing I noticed is that when I open a couple of tabs, it crashes. Some pages don't scroll at times. And it sometimes crashes for no reason.
Its so smooth and sweet on my SXS, it confuses me. Both are Sony ICS devices.

Since updating my S3 to JB, all YouTube videos open in the browser instead of the app. How do I get them to default to the app instead?
I've tried resetting app preferences, Internet browser, YouTube app and nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.
Had the same issue. When you browse by Firefox, it does the same but in the last instance before playing the video then finally opens it in YouTube player.

You can blame apple for that. It was included in their lawsuit so it was removed from stock browser. Dolphin browser does the trick for me.

Agreed. I also think the default browser is still the best. Don't like that Chrome doesn't have an intelligent full screen mode like Samsung's browser.
Any fix for this yet? Really don't find Chrome as smooth or quick, but need the YT app since the video quality is so much better than the browser version...

how can apple make google stop using its on application? it's like telling apple they are not allowed to use Itunes anymore....
Really hate apple... They think they invented the world..
I bought an S3 just because of this lawsuit. Would buy an Iphone, after the lawsuit i searched more about GS3 and discovered how much better it was :laugh:
Go to settings --> apps --> all --> browser --> clear defaults.
Now go back to a link to a YouTube video and now choose the YouTube app selecting "Always".

Keep getting an issue with Facebook videos. The video starts, plays maybe 10-20 seconds then stops and days "sorry this video cannot be played"
Anyone else get this? The weird thing is it buffers way past the point it cuts out, I have fibre broadband so the whole video buffers within seconds.

Same here. Facebook and Twitter doesn't work for me. I have got good and bad Internet connection it's still the same. When I use 3g or 4g they work fine it's very strange

Yes, same problem here too. Thought it was a bug with the latest RomAur.
I get a few seconds of play then it gives an error.
