try link2sd,
i dont know only one thing: where this program move files (apk+cache) cause i dont see them in /sd-ext and app2sd app (i forget about uninstalling it) is showing that app is in internal storage but internal storage free memoory is like it was before moving.
EDIT: after reboot it is in data/sdext2 folder (before in /data folder).

[Q] How to set external SD as default instead of Internal SD?

I am using the Acro for a while and one of the things that are bugging me is the inability to set external SD as default like other devices with no Internal SD. That means edited photos go to internal SD, downloads go to internal SD, bluetooth transfers go to internal SD etc. The only thing I managed not to save in the internal storage is photos, but that's it.
Any solutions?
Kindly check & post in the relevant section.
Thread moved.
Sorry to up this but this might help some Acro users.

[Q] Mount external SD to internal

Hi,
I'm currently using JellyBam rom.
The problem is that when I'm using whatsapp, I can't download images, or create backups.
I think the problem is that the rom created a separate folder for the SD card, instead of mounting it in my internal memory.
How can I mount my external SD to my internal?
Or are there other fixes for my problem?
First of all, you don't need two threads for this, i recon an admin will remove it soon. Please only create ONE thread.
Om Jelly Bean, samsung made a seperate folder for your external sd files (providing that you have one) in mnt section. In you file explorer go to mnt folder there you will see an ExtSdCard folder. There you have all your external sd files.
You say you have problems with WhatsApp saving it on the external sd? If this is the case then just set the defaulr storage place to internal sd card?
Also before JB the external sd wasn't "mounted" in internal. The file was just located inside the sdcard folder. Now sdcard folder is sdcard0 and external sd is ExtSdCard as mantioned above
If you found an answer, dont forget to thanks
Or any further questions, just reply.

[Q] How to change app install location on internal mem - Storage space running out ?

Hi!
I have Prestigio PAP 4500 dual SIM phone with 4 GB internal memory and external microSD card 16GB - rooted.
This 4 GB internal memory is devided on 2 part:
1.st labeled as Internal storage with 503 MB - this is location for app installation
2.nd labeled as Internal memory card with 2 GB - this is empty because I use externalSD 16GB.
Because Internal storage (503 MB) is too small for all app I'd like to install phone often pop up message "Storage space running out"
Anybody know how to change installation path so apps install on Internal memory card (2 GB) ??
I tried:
1. change in Settings, Storage, Preferred install location, SD card but after reinstalling all apps again get "Storage space running out"
2. install Mobile Uncle Tool (chinese menu), right button click on 1.st pop up, AppToSD, choose external, press button under it and install all apps again but again get "Storage space running out".
In both cases no change in capacity of Internal memory card with 2 GB.
Any suggestions?
Bro u have its original firmware, if exist then pm me I will tell u process of increasing app storage to 2.5Gb by decreasing ur 2Gb internal memory card.i need only ebr1 and ebr2 file from ur original firmware

resolved problem with msg Storage space running out
Hi!
I found solution for my problem so for other with same issues:
1. I leave original firmware of Prestigio 4500
2. root it like described here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=40920260&postcount=261&nocache=1&z=4083323609379773
3. install CWM - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2121821
4. download STORAGE SWAP TOOL from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2146648 and istall it as author described
It's interesting under Settings, Storage it changed order - now is first internal SD than external SD. So when I moved apps to SD it's visible more free space under Internal storage.
Storage space running out - repartition Internal storage
Unfortunately method from above didn't help long time. Again pop up error Storage space running out.
So I decide for repartition Internal storage on 2 GB and Internal SD card 500 MB
1. back on original settings before swap method. (Just repeat again step # 4. with STORAGE SWAP TOOL)
2. make CMW backup
3. apply solution from member vicktor1979 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39448927 - post #44
4. after reboot phone ask for format internal SD, click OK and reboot again. Now after reinstall all apk everything work fine.
Thanks folks who make this useful solution!
