The recovery has to be fixed before this can be used. The system doesn't mount (From what I read) so you can't write anything to it. Once there is a working recovery, then you can wipe, flash a ROM, etc.

You can do 1. adb push /pathtohasoon2000sstockzip/hasoon2000stock.zip /sdcard and then 2. in CWM, advanced -> wipe dalvik and in CWM main screen wipe data/cache to finally 3. flash hasoon2000stock.zip from sdcard
or
1. reboot into bootloader, then choose fastboot then 2. "fastboot oem lock" from command prompt then 3. run the stock RUU available on this forum

Any chance for 1.18.401.1 ? A system dump maybe ?
It seems that there is no way to extract the ROM.zip as HTC implemented new encryption to their RUU.

For all who want desperately to make the Dual speakers of LWW work in the new ICS Roms (FXP Cm9) etc, Please REPLACE or ADD the following files (attached) in the zip file of the respective Rom that you are using in the CORRECT PATHS, before flashing that Rom in CWM. The paths are already given in the "RAR" archive, but for your convenience, I'm writing them once again.
For a CWM Flashble Zip (Dual Speakers and X-loud) For FXP CM9 Check ATTACHMENT....Flash It After flashing CM9....in CWM...
File Paths for Dual Speakers :
/system/bin/mediaserver
/system/lib/hw/audio.primary.default.so
/system/lib/hw/audio.primary.msm7x30.so
/system/lib/hw/audio_policy.default.so
/system/lib/hw/audio_policy.msm7x30.so
/system/lib/liba2dp.so
/system/lib/libaudioeq.so
/system/lib/libaudioflinger.so
/system/app/AudioEffectService.apk
/system/etc/audio_effects.conf
/system/etc/permissions/com.sonyericsson.audioeffectif.xml
/system/framework/semc_audioeffectif.jar
/system/vendor/etc/audio_effects.conf
Hope this makes your ICS experience even more 'bug'-less.

Should I create a CWM-flashable .zip file?
Also, your first post says to replace these files before flashing the ROM. That will not work, because ROM installation replaces these files, causing the dual speakers to not work.
These files need to be replaced after ROM installation.

Help Building a CUSTOM(from STOCK ROM)
Newbie here---
- I have downloaded the HTC stock RUU for my device.
- I used Android Kitchen cygwin to extract the files, setup the working folder.
- Added root permissions,BusyBox
- Built the rom from working folder.
Wanted to test whether this works or not... But Phone Got stuck on HTC logo .. Not even BOOTANIMATION.
What did i miss or DO wrong here??
Where in these steps worked flawlessly when i took a custom rom? What else should be done here?? Help would be Appreciated!!!

My Answer is for kagouro - Becouse i Don't see your post when I write.
If Your Phone is dedected in adb you can use logcat (adb logcat in windows cmd) if phone don't dedected in adb - flash recovery via fastboot, join in recovery , instal working rom and found bad files in rom (try add modyfication singly - first root, second busybox etc - in this metod you can see whad mod don't work - probably stupid method but work :cyclops

Kitchen will replace certain necessary parts of your ROM if it isn't compatible with the kitchen, it puts them back when you compile. When you compiled your ROM did you take the guided option? Also, and probably the first thing I should have asked, is your phone compatible with kitchen?

Thanks... just notice that for 4.0.4, the process is hidden. Need to find another way other than making a custom stock ROM.
Actually for what purpose that you need the stock odex ROM ? I' asking because if you expect to get JB OTA it won't work as JB OTA will check for CID not ROM version,
I'm trying to get back to stock, brandingfree germany or branded o2 germany. both work for me. actually my CID is for o2 germany, but there is no RUU for o2 germany...
I still don't get the reason but forget it.
Just wait for SaadCrackz to respond to you.
If you still need the stock odex ROM say in two days time I make one for you. I have 1.18.401.1 odex system files. Just need to make a ROM out of it.

To make a ROM, doesn't matter for which region as long as you have the required files.
To make a ROM for 1.18.401.1... just simply use nlooooo's decrypted ROM.zip found here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2184113 and I also still have the odexed Desire_X_1_18_system.tgz uploaded by internall77 somewhere mid Dec 2012 which was my first base for DX ported ROM to my One V.

I'd great to make a ROM fro decrypted nlooooo's files but I don't know how to do it (I extracted system.img and tried to open but it said it was corrupted). If you could tell me how to do it it would be great (otherwise I'll look in the internet to see if I can manage by myself).
And about the purely sotck odexed 1.18.401.1, I'd rather prefer the one with standar language.
Thank you very much

Sure...I don't mind sharing the knowledge.. hehe..
just use ext2explore-2.2.71.zip download from http://sourceforge.net/projects/ext2read/files/Ext2read Version 2.2 (Latest)/
1. Put the system.img in the same folder with ext2explore.exe
2. Run the ext2explore.exe - you'll get a pop-up cannot read disk - click ok
3. Click File - Open Image (or click the first icon)
4. Choose your system.img
5. Right click to save your system.img extracted to your preferred folder (the left pane) - the right pane if you want save one by one.
6. Click OK ... let it finish... you are done
@ckpv5: maybe it is better to make it multilanguage, so that more people can use it...
and I didn't change my mind, just the things I've searched were/are unavailable and I'm searching for possible solutions...
I searched for:
1) RUU for o2 Germany ->> unavaliable
2) nandroid backup for o2 germany ->> unavailable
3) nandroid backup for brandingfree germany ->> unavailable
4) at least a nandroid backup with german language ->> unavailable (I asked SaadCraacks, so far he didn't upload anything)

Thank you very much! I've extracted and saved successfully the system.img file!! I'll wait for your odexed ROM so I can know what must be written in updater-script so I can flash it!
Thank you very much again, you've helped me a lot and have a great day!
