I just found a game on market called PetraVis Lite ... basicly a game inspired by minecraft pocket edition ... so you can try it .. it's pretty cool ...
The thing is that on x8 we can not play mc-pocket edition ... so this is kinda cool
EDIT: googled a bit and found AWESOME GAME ... just like minecraft, litterally, it's "blockworld"

I just wanted to put quick shout ... I didn't think much ... mod can move it
I purchased Minebuilder, and I play with that game. And I love that.
I tried other MineCraft andro version games, but this was the best... Unfortunatelly it has some annoying bugs, but it will be updated soon.

I played it too but in the new version is very annoying because when u craft something u will get 100 pieces!

You must have played with a modded version... Or maybe this is a bug or whatever. I have never faced with this problem. Kinda wierd.
Try the MineBuilder games. Its just like a Minecraft game too

But i saw a video on youtube where is a guy playing the last lavel of nova with his lg gt540 and the lg has the same screen size than the x8...how is this possible that he past the mini mirrors game?

guys try searching torrents for these games...search for paid android games on torrents and you'll find links to all most all the games like Nova, hawx, asphalt, nfs etc..
it is recommended that u should have 2.2+ so try MiniCMRC1 or CM7RC4

Different versions of this games are published on the internet,its not easy to find the suitable size 4 the screen of the X8 dude
Does this game run on X8? I've tried but it doesn't open with DX v008. Is it incompatible?
I have tried in froyobread without success, I think it's too much for our phone, or we need another version of the game

game requires the arm 7.
Hi it seems to run well on kuyadroid then shifted to dx v10+ but the games kinda lag for a few seconds.. kuyadroid and dx same effect but playable

Have you installed a special version of the game or is the normal market one?
Normal one from market the lite version,havent tried the full version yet,couldnt download it

Strange, I can't see it from the phone's market and if I go to the browser one it tells me that is not supported for my phone. I also think that there isn't a free version. Maybe you are talking about Reckless RACING?

Of what game are you talking about? Reckless GATEWAY or Reckless RACING?
Reckless getaway does not work on me froyobread final. I successfully installed it, but opening it will give you bad vibes... can't find it on the market, i think it is removed..

wrong place to ask. this problem should ask directly to gameloft.
try adjust volume in game settings or install some different version of this game. btw I am using v3.2.1 and it works great ;-)

SO, dont bother trying for it. get other fun games. and btw, x10 is not really a gaming machine. drains your batt fast. get useful productivity/utility apps to keep you entertained. cheers mate

Well youre right about the x10 not being a gaming machine, but its got its stuff, i usually play with emulators but decided to give some android games a chance, but the dual touch sucks

I can't find a stable emulator for our phones, I tried psx4droid but it just won't run any of my ps1 games.. FPse does but very laggy, is there a better emulator that works well with the xperia s?
What do you mean FPSE is laggy? I moved from Xperia Play where I spent many hours playing my best PS1 games to Xperia S, on XPS all games looking much better and faster even when I use OPEN GL plugin. Games I tested so far on my XPS:
- Tekken 3
- ISS soccer 98
- Tony Howk Pro Skater 2
- COlin McRea Rally 2.0
- Gran Turismo 2
- TOCA
- Ready To Rumble

U will need to download from the play store PS 1 EMULATOR. I would recommend FPSE. To find any game just use www.google.com

it is not about the money, I havent got created account and I am a bit lazy to do it but if it is the only way to play PS1 games on xperia, I ll probably have no other choices than create the account. in my opinion it is also not expensive at all and totally worth that money

I don't think u can get free / good emulator ... FPSE is not expensive . Btw is worth any money also also developer keep updating app ....

Well, i can run GTA 3 on my x8 perfectly. Some really tiny lag here and there but its running smoothly for me, though i must admit i did not purchase it from the play store, and have a mod for its performance.

Any game lags like a hell! I have samsung galaxy ace, games like Temple Rum, Agent dash, Jetpack joyride are smooth! X8 is not for gaming..
